Ocean Beach
Apr. 2016 • For two
Condado beach is small and facing the ocean, so usually big waves, but you can swim. On the cape of Punto Piedrita there is a square with benches overlooking the ocean, where you can sit and admire the sea waves crashing against the stones.

excessively strong waves and a huge number of gays ruin everything
March 2016 • Family vacation
at the coast. with little kids you can’t relax there. walked along the coast for 5-6 miles. You can swim everywhere, if not for the waves. The best place is near the airport. ads for gay clubs on every trash can are disgusting. and in general, they, gays, a huge congestion on this island, became nasty at the end of our holiday. nine0003

Not the best beach
Nov. 2015 • For two
If you have already reached Puerto Rico, you will see that this beach is not the best)) Because of the strong waves, a lot of algae comes ashore. But for lovers of swimming on the waves — the place is excellent) There are very high waves. The beach is free, many hotels go to it. nine0003

If you live in Condado, this is the best place 2016 • For two
Yes, the waves are a bit disturbing, but the ocean remains quite soft. Very cozy and calm beach. Recommend

Very strong waves
Oct. 2015 • For two
The beach is more suitable for surfers than for a relaxing swim. If you don’t know how to surf, you can just lie on a lounger and enjoy the waves. They are really strong here. It is not possible to fully swim, but you can swing in the waves to your heart’s content. The beach itself is very picturesque — a fairly wide strip of sand, small rocks here and there in the water. It is because of them that I do not recommend swimming here, the likelihood of injury is high. nine0003

Nothing special.
Jan. 2014 • With friends
Like a city beach Condado Beach – average. Quite long, sandy, somewhere narrower, somewhere wider, few people. In winter, swimming water is normal, the entrance to the water is like everywhere else. nine0118 Mostly tourists from hotels that are located just along this beach go there. Locals prefer another — Escambron.
For me, the only plus of Condado Beach is that it is big, and you can find a place where there will be no one else except you. Well, it’s still nice to walk in the evening — when everything is in the lights, it looks more beautiful.

normal city beach
July 2014 • Family vacation
We lived not far away (5 minutes walk) and therefore we were content with this. But he’s good. Sand. Beach workers will quickly organize umbrellas and sunbeds for you. Umbrella all day $10. For two, just right, but the three of us found a shadow under this umbrella. Sunbeds $5. The beach is clean, the sand is soft, only we could find a toilet there, and the territory of the hotels is not particularly allowed to use. nine0003

picturesque beach
dec. 2013 • Traveling alone
Really very beautiful sandy beach, which looks great in photographs, but if you are a swimmer, then it often storms there and the waves are quite large. To swim every day, we sometimes had to go to a small beach next to the Caribe Hilton, where the lagoon is small and there are no waves, and it is located right next to the bridge connecting Condado and Old San Juan. Condado beach is clean and quite safe, mostly tourists rest there, the presence of the police is noticeable. In some places there are stones in the water. The water is warm all year round, in winter around 26.

miniature Miami Beach
sept. 2022
During our visit there was a high tide and the waves were rough and there was a tide warning. Our hotel offered sun loungers/cabin or shade to relax so we just took advantage of that; did not swim. I love the beach vendors, especially the woman who sold homemade empanadas on weekends (her part-time job). If you find her, try her empanadas. . . they were really tasty. The beach resembles a mini-Miami Beach with high-rise apartment buildings and commercial buildings. Parking will be difficult to find unless you are registered at one of the hotels along the beach. However, it made for one enjoyable weekend. nine0003
