Wonderful experience! The staff at the Payless car rental San Juan was really friendly. I chose Hyundai Sonata for $35 per day. This great car had absolutely no issues. Just one little complaint — the line to be picked up from the airport was too long. Otherwise, I highly recommend them.

Even despite the fact that their location is not so close to the airport, the shuttle to and from the airport appeared to be fast enough. The shuttle immediately took me from the airport to the Payless car rental San Juan Puerto Rico office and all the following processes were quick and easy. First of all, I’d like to say that Payless car rental SJU service was very good and all the people working there are professionals. As for the price of my auto, I think it was quite cheap. Even though I was involved in an accident, their agents were extremely supportive. They immediately gave me another vehicle and helped me to fill in the paperwork. Without a doubt, I gave them 5 stars.

To be honest, I was a bit scared to get Payless car rental San Juan airport, as I’d never used their service before. Well, I took a chance. Yes, the car had a couple of scratches, however, it was documented. The price for my rental jumped a little due to some fees and taxes, but it is not a substantial amount. All the processes were easy, and I’d definitely rent with them once more.

I really liked that they turned out to be amazingly easy to work with during pick-up and drop-off procedures. Absolutely no unexpected predictions. I’d use them again! Just one inconvenience is their exact location. The rental agency is off-site and yes, it is a little bit far from the airport.

But still, I picked up the car I wanted initially. Additionally, I needed to pay some extra dollars per day for a toll pass. The total price of my rental wasn’t huge. Overall, a superb experience for more than desirable price.
