This restaurant is the number 1 restaurant in Ponce as far as I’m concerned. Always the best service and freshest food. From the moment you arrive someone is greeting you, helping you park or escorting you to your table. The staff is very hospitable and attentive. The food is always fresh and although Panchi has his usuals on the menu, the specials is what I come here for. The food is prepared by someone who loves what they do and it shows. You can’t go wrong here. Sometime it gets crowded. Your best bet is to make reservations.

The best meal in Puerto Rico so far. Panchi (see photo) is a real chef with imagination and uses fresh produce. Waiters are kind and guides you aptly through the menu. Good wine cave.

The food was SO GOOD. We ordered the escargot, stuffed mushrooms, lobster crepe, and cowboy steak. The mushrooms were our favorite but the escargot was a close second. The waiters were all super nice. The man who took our order was very helpful giving us suggestions and we loved everything he recommended. The chef even came out to ask everyone how their food was — felt very welcomed and cared for.

Traveled to Puerto Rico for a stay in Ponce then to San Juan with 2 kids ages 10 and 12. 10 year old is a picky eater and loved the food here!! My 12 yo will eat anything but raved about the food as well. Cod bites, tropical salad, and black bean soup as apps then filet for hubs, salmon for me, and chicken penne for kids: all phenomenal! Staff is very attentive and chef came out to check on things and provide some history on starting the restaurant which just celebrated it’s 15 year anniversary.
I’d say go if in Ponce, but well worth a drive from any part of the island.

I simply love this place! World class cuisine in an intimate setting! The owners treat you like family and attend to you personally and frequently. Also on offer is an extensive and fantastic selection of wine to pair with your meal! I drive here from San Juan metro for a meal and experience that is unparalleled. You should too!

We had a nice experience… The food presentation and the quality of the ingredients are very good. About the prices, they are a bit high but, it may be worth it. You got excellent table service and a casual dinning room. Although, people were talking really loud, to the point that our conversation were a little bit difficult to keep up sometimes. The parking area is some what complicated because of the space available.

This is honestly one of the best meals I’ve ever had in my life anywhere. The service, the chef and the atmosphere was personable, welcoming and inviting. The drinks, the appetizers, the dessert all of it was beautiful and mind blowingly delicious. We had an absolutely amazing experience and if you are close to Ponce you HAVE to come here!!!
