Cons
— if you want to use your car at night you can’t. The lobby and valet parking are supposed to be 24 hour but they don’t have staff. It was empty all the days we stayed.
— you need to keep track of all monetary transactions. They charge you more money and then the process of getting it back is painful.
— the room was not clean. (Dirty sheets, tables, bathroom)
— The air conditioner did not work. They send a technician who never went into the room to fix the air conditioner.

If you like coffee until 7 am without leaving the hotel, forget about it. And that’s $7 for a cup of plain coffee. Had to go to Starbucks down the street to buy coffee which was much better and cheaper if you can believe it.
We left a nice hotel in Old San Juan that had coffee makers in the rooms to come to the beach thinking it would be relaxing. Not this place. They have no idea what customer service means. Arrogant staff. The only thing this hotel has is a pool and an ocean view. For the rest. Motel 6 is not far behind. I will never return to this hotel. I told the manager about the coffee. He blamed it on COVID. I told him he couldn’t justify himself when the other Sheridan hotel in old San Juan had coffee makers in the rooms. If I ever get back to PR. I will stay in Sheridan.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, relaxing, food was really delicious. Drinks 🍹 were spot on. Entrance to the beach at night. PR still closes business at 12:00 so everything was closed early. The pool area closes at 8p. Their shop located in the hotel was very expensive. Rooms were cozy, no microwave, fridge not so cold. Room service was great too. We had a rental so we drove in and out, the staff were great at it and got us our car very quickly. The workers were very informative about the area and gave suggestions for areas to visit.

This place was absolutely amazing, the staff had the best customer service. Angel our waiter/bartender was great very friendly, helpful and on point. The manager had excellent customer service also very satisfied. I recommend this place, the pool is clean and great. Great location. I can’t wait to return. I give them 11 out of 10.

Amazing vibes! Although San Juan is one of the best urban destinations in the Caribbean, the Condado area is definitely one of the coolest places in the Caribbean. From luxury shopping to world-class eateries, this is a walking distance, vibrant area with an out-of-this-world collection of places to stay.
Condado Ocean (OC) Club Hotel is everything you need for a chic, classy and fabulous getaway or just to get together with friends in an open intimate space. All areas are spacious and welcoming. The views are breathtaking and motivational.

The view is amazing but the food is not good and overpriced. They don’t have a store or real estate market and the prices in the gift shop are the same as the Gucci store, but not the Gucci items. The bathrooms are very small for the price charged for this hotel.

Great pool but the part of the beach they are on is not that great. You can access it, but it’s nothing but stones. Also, only one floor has balconies. Being on the water but not being able to hear it is kind of a waste. It’s centrally located so we were able to get to other parts of the island fairly quickly.

Beach oasis in the city. Amazing view, great service. General Manager Pierre makes you feel right at home. The food is great and the French shop has nice European outfits and bags.

Wonderful new boutique hotel on Condado beach. They didn’t understand their soundsystem so the music immediately starts blaring scary techno at 7:30am even if you’re trying to have a quiet moment at the pool. They eventually figure it out after torturing you with a few songs on decibles so loud you wince, but that seems to happen in shifts, depending on what new staff arrives. The service is impeccable the view here though + the views + the coffee can’t be beat. Once the kinks are worked out, it will be a top notch, 5 star experience.

We had dinner here at the main restaurant. The food was really very good. Our service was just ok, but we were with children and as much as I hate to admit it, which often puts patrons in a lower category of service. However, between the views and the quality of the food, it was a good restaurant experience.
