Sanctions have kept local law firms from doing business with the Russians and put some startups under a state lockdown, effectively preventing them from continuing to operate.

This means that when I drag my name with the mouse, he sees in real time that I am «signing» the document and sees through the webcam that it is me who is doing this, and not someone else.
