Advantages: The hotel is not far from the airport, and the service attitude is very good. Although there are not many choices for breakfast every day, eggs are all made fresh. There are cocktails and various snacks at night. Basically, you only need to go out for a meal by yourself.
Disadvantages: 1. The hotel is not on the seashore.
The hotel’s own beach needs to be walked for about five minutes. The scenery is of average quality.
2. The hotel has a resort fee of $ 35 per night, which is not so cost-effective.
Overall it feels like a good choice.

The location of the hotel is good, just near the international airport, which is more convenient. But the hotel service is very general, and I am particularly dissatisfied: 1. We booked three superior rooms with a view for six nights, but only two rooms were fulfilled. One room defaulted to a small low-rise ordinary room. After many negotiations, the contract was barely fulfilled until the fourth day. 2. The hotel is very dishonest and added 78 yuan for other people’s meals to our bill. After we found out, the receptionist’s attitude was extremely bad. After consulting with the restaurant manager, he admitted that there was a mistake in his work and refunded us 78 yuan.
U.S. dollars, but not even an apology. This is disappointing because of the loss of intercontinental standards!

6 days I stopped in Verdanza and was one of the best experiences I got in hotels, even from my late arrival the staff was there to help me with any inconveniences. The food from the restaurant can compete easily with the one served on cruises and the staff in the coffee shop, restaurant reception and bar were the best on service, friendly and super chill. Honestly if you pass through PR Verdanza don’t disappoint. Perfect place to stay. Recommended

The first room we were in was too small and the air conditioner was very loud. We could hardly sleep and the beds are full sized not queen sized. I ask three people could I change my room. I kept getting the run around, finally I found someone who could help. I paid a good bit of money to upgrade my room. We only had room service one time in the seven days we stayed there. I asked for service and the receptionist told me they give priority to people who stay there over three days. I BOOKED THERE SEVEN DAYS 🤬. I had to ask for towels everyday, if you are not going to clean the rooms, at least put clean towels in the room. This COVID bull about not cleaning rooms is BS. Do not buy the breakfast buffet. Just order off the menu and save some bucks. We will not stay there again.

The hotel location is superb at walking distance to many restaurants and pharmacies. In summary, we have kept returning to this hotel because everything is done with great care and excellence.

We were a group of 9, the rooms were great! Very nice house keeping staff and loved the zumba instructor. Everyone else at this resort was very rude and not friendly, especially the guy at the pool bar. We had coupons We got when we first arrived, he told us that we better tell him what we wanted because he was about to close, mind you, it was noon! We ordered but he didn’t close, he was opened all afternoon. The lobby staff was not nice either, I will not be returning to this place.
