Stayed at the Juan Beach Hotel for 10 lovely days & nights in June with
my wife and 10-year-old daughter who’s a swimmer. The good-sized pool
was clean and well maintained, with perfect water temperature. Room 105
was large enough for 3 of us. The bathroom was renovated and functional.
The hotel has a great location: just a 2 minute walk to down town Juan
Les Pins, and 10 more minutes to railway station, The staff (especially
Dani & Rashid) were so friendly that we’ll definitely will be back. We
miss you already, folks… See you at the pool bar!The corridoor carpets were a little worn out but clean. The exterior
walls need some paint. But those are minor issues in an otherwise

The Staff at the Juan beach were absolutely wonderful and all the other
guests we met at the Hotel thought so too. The Pool and Bar areas were
really attractive and we really enjoyed our 10 days stay. We would
definitely return to this friendly and comfortable hotel.Car parking could be a problem sometimes but next time maybe we
wouldn’t bother to use a car as most of the amenities we needed were a

Excellent pool facilities and very nice location. Friendly staff and very nice bar next to pool. WiFi was also fast and worked well. Quite pricy although not really luxury hotel. The hotel will undergo interior refurbishing in the winter of 2011-2012 which will provide better justification for the high prices which hopefully will remain unaffected.

The staff was friendly and the location in Juan Les Pins was good. It’s a good price option just around the corner from good larger hotels. Reasonable joyce for shorter business trip.
They have pool, but not bathrobes, so You don’t really use it. House needs some repair, but thats normal in France. Bathroom didn’t have ventilation, so You need to open window while in shower — not a major problem though. Price during MIPIM is clearly high.

loved the location, the swimming pool and the outdoor lounge room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The carpets in the whole Hotel were outrageously smelly, old, and worn. The room also was in a very poor condition, no fridge, the beds were old and smelt terrible, the wifi worked only in the outdoor lounge area and not in the room.

Charming hotel on the Cote d’Azur, located on the Jazz Festival Square of Juan-les-Pins, within two steps from Pinede Gould’s beaches and the town centre.
This hotel was recently renovated combining charm and modernity, but preserving its identity. All the rooms are soundproofed, endowed with safe, reversible air conditioning, plasma screen with international channels, and free and unlimited WIFI, which also extends to the bar and its swimming-pool.
There is a peaceful heated swimming pool with a pool bar among palm, lemon and orange trees.
