6. Mezcla para integrar los aliños con el caldo y agrega las zanahorias. Deja cocer durante 10 minutos y luego incorpora las patatas y el arroz. Deja cocer durante 20 minutos o hasta que notes que ambos ingredientes están blandos.
7. Cuando la patata y el arroz estén en su punto incorpora la pastilla de caldo de pollo, remueve para integrar con el resto del caldo de gallina con arroz. Por último rectifica la sal incorpora el manojo de cilantro a la olla.
8. Deja que tu caldo de gallina con arroz repose durante al menos 20 minutos para que todos los sabores se concentren. Luego retira el cilantro y sirve en platos hondos y grandes. Vigila que cada plato tenga una porción de gallina. ¡Buen provecho!
