Very good hotel, breakfast and staff. I stayed several times until…they tried to book twice just one day and they said no. They didn’t make a reservation for the day. It must be two or more to stay. I don’t understand…

No worker should be forced to work in an emergency. It was two powerful earthquakes. If this is how they treat their employees imagine how they treat customers. Do you all a favor to go stay somewhere else! Lots of family run hotels out there that treat staff and customers to great 0 Stars for this place Maneger and Head are terrible, not recommended.

Comfortable place, modern, very clean, staff very attentive and friendly. Available to everyone. The modern rooms have a refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning and a balcony. Breakfast with a lot of variety to choose from, there is always coffee 24 hours a day. Consists of a swimming pool. You feel safe in the place. Finally a place that I will come back and I recommend 100%.

My brother and I came to PR for a holiday for 7 days, we traveled around the island, we also took 90 minutes by ferry with our rental car to and from Culebra and Vieques, the ferry leaves PR at 9 am, the last ferry to leave the island 5pm is the perfect day trip, all we needed was a place to shower, clean beds, a clean pool, free breakfast and wi-fi. Why vacation on a tropical island just for the sake of the hotel. The hotel is ideally located in the center of San Juan. Easy access to major highways and easy access to the beach. Will be back to stay another week next year.

The trip was planned accordingly to the money that was brought by the person at the reception was sleeping when we arrived, so she charged my card several times, and than the card was rejected, I had to use cash to pay for the room so me and my wife had 100 dollars left for our honeymoon and n o one tried to accommodate for the mistake they made spoke to a member of staff named Hector told me he would come and figure it out with us yet to hear from him and TM Our last day we couldn’t do a quarter of the activity we had planned for what was supposed to be a weekend to remember became a nightmare we’ll never forget! Don’t I mean don’t stay at this hotel!

I have to say I was a bit skeptical when booking my stay due to past negative reviews. Being from an island and with a house that is inhabited, I don’t want to spend a lot of money on a place that I will only sleep on. My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at Villa Verde Inn. It’s close to everything and we didn’t have to worry about finding parking after our return. The place was very clean, our room had just been refurbished and it was perfect. Villa Verde Inn is close to a very busy and popular bakery too which had plenty of security. The breakfast was good too. The staff were very welcoming, accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

I gave it 3 stars because of the location, it’s close to everything. I am staying for two nights, the room was not what I expected it to be, it was not like the ones in the picture shown, it was old beds, the carpets had stains, the walls had holes, my toilet was not flushing I had to let the staff know they fix it as soon as I got back to my room the staff were friendly. They did have breakfast which was bagels, toast, boiled eggs, coffee and juice. They said FREE wi-fi but wi-fi only worked in the lobby and I told the staff about it, didn’t work in my room, he didn’t really do much about it. The pool was small but tidy. Didn’t spend time there.

The location is very convenient for the airport and the beach, but it is also next to the motorway and there is not much soundproofing. Very friendly staff. Rain leaked through the balcony door, the carpets were clogged and the outlets were either physically broken or poorly installed. A/C was new and works very well. Very friendly staff. Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff.

Okay for the price you can stay longer in Puerto Rico. The rooms are spartan and need some maintenance but they are clean. AC units are either too damp or freezing cold as they hit the bed. Refrigerator, microwave and free Wi-Fi. The staff is super friendly and helpful, no complaints at all. The location is noisy, it is next to a busy highway. It’s also not very convenient as you have to cross a footbridge to get to the beach two blocks away, but there are plenty of restaurants, bars and stops nearby. Like I said, for the price, you can stay in the tropics longer. Who stays in their room? I spent my time exploring the island, drinking and on the beach.

Villa Verde is located in the worst hotel. The mattress was old so when you sit on it all you felt was spring. By itself, the smell is terrible in the room as soon as you open the door to enter. The sten was disgusting, as real as you treat hotel guests. Then you won’t stay at the hotel as disgusting as it was and they charge you the full amount instead of charging you only the fee and refunding the rest they stay with the full amount. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

The room is a bit pricey for what I get. I would compare it to a motel 6 for double the price. Our room is literally 10 steps from the main highway. The traffic sounds are so loud and constant 24 hours, U can also stand in the highway. Not the place to end your vacation, ruined our 10 day trip. Spent in vieques island. The bed is at least comfortable, nice AC. Won’t go back, well maybe if it was priced properly.
