Look out for the birds when you are dining outside. Concierge seldom available.

Very loud music from lobby went on until 4:30am Saturday morning. That’s fine if I wanted to «Turn-up» but I could hear loud music and feel the thumping bass in my room all night and couldn’t sleep. I had a very early flight the next morning.

wished we could have had an earlier check-in bar service was a little slow, we felt like we were ignored for a while, but once we got service, we were really pleased with our bartender (wish I remembered his name)
beach & fitness center were great. running on a treadmill with a view of the ocean is very nice! location was very convenient.

when we got picked up or dropped off the valet rushes one to get in or out. Which I can understand as the resort doesn’t want a traffic jam but maybe have a different way of dropping off or picking up guest.

We stayed in a poolside cabana/resort view room and were not aware that the pool did not post hours of when swimming was allowed or when pool closed. There was a loud group of folks in the pool at 3am— so we lost some restful sleep. Security did eventually show to escort them from pool.
