Graphics are printed with top of the line Canon and Epson large format printers in ultra high, 1200dpi resolution.
I use exclusively original inks and top quality 180g coated, acid-free, ultrasmooth matt paper.
Properly stored prints (no direct sunlight, protected from dust etc.) will last at least 100 years.
> HOW IT’S SHIPPED
Packages within the EU are usually shipped in maximum 2 business days. Orders from outside the EU need additional 1-2 days for customs procedure (it does not apply if DHL express shipping is chosen).
If you need the print for a specific date which is less than 3 weeks away but do not intend to upgrade shipping to express — please contact me prior to placing your order to determine if it is possible at all to get it in time.
Basic shipping service is Global Express (Registered Priority for those very few countries that do not support GE).
Upgraded express is shipped with DHL that guarantees 1-5 days delivery worldwide — 1-3 days for US & Canada, 1-2 days for Europe, 4-5 days for Australia & Asia.
Please note that we cannot ship US orders to P.O.Box or APO/DPO addresses.
> HOW IT’S PACKED
Prints are rolled, wrapped with protective foil and shipped in a rigid, 2mm cardboard tube with additional bubble foil inserted on both ends to protect print edges.
Depending on print size, 2-6 prints can be packed in a single tube. If an order needs to be packed in multiple tubes, they are taped together and shipped as one package.
> HOW LONG IT ALL TAKES
Estimated delivery times are: 7 days for EU, 12-20 days for US or Canada, 20+ days for Australia.
Delivery for Global Express service is always executed by national postal service provider (USPS for the US, La Poste for France, Deutsche Post for Germany etc.)
Please note that customs procedures in your country may sometimes cause a delay and that in certain periods of the year (commonly about a month before Christmas) the post may process mail much slower than usually which would add to the estimated delivery time and there is no way to prevent this unfortunately.
> CUSTOMIZING & RUSH ORDERS
Most of my prints are customizable. There is no additional charge for edits like changing the colors — though majority really looks best in black & white — or minor alterations in text.
For changed colors please send RGB or CMYK values — red & green is too general.
I also accept custom work — use contact links to send me a convo.
Rush orders are possible, but not at all times. Please send a convo to check if I can arrange rush processing an order if you need it.

- Herramienta elabora mapa con visibilidad de zonas más vulnerables ante el COVID-19.
San Juan, Puerto Rico– Con el fin de poder acelerar la toma de decisiones, especialmente en momentos de crisis, el Municipio de Isabela implementó un dashboard o tablero dinámico con información económica y fiscal de Puerto Rico a través de la plataforma Power BI de Microsoft. De esta forma, centraliza datos clave del país y su municipio para visualizarlos de forma rápida, sencilla, segura y remota.
De esta forma, la herramienta provee mapas interactivos que permiten a los directivos municipales poder contener la propagación del COVID19 en el municipio identificando las zonas más vulnerables.
Entre los indicadores que pueden consultarse están: la población total, personas mayores a 65 años, cantidad de hospitales, cobertura de seguros, niveles de ingresos, entre otros. A través del análisis de estas variables pueden identificar tendencias de como la actual crisis, puede afectarlos a corto y mediano plazo.
Además, también muestra el progreso del brote de COVID-19 a nivel del país y municipio, identificando tasa de letalidad, información demográfica del contagio, así como la respuesta del sistema de salud nacional.
Por otro lado, la información también ha demostrado ser beneficiosa para el sector privado para la toma estratégica de decisiones en base a información real y confiable para la inversión en mercados claves ya que puede configurarse para mostrar mapas demográficos, salud fiscal, empleabilidad, educación, comercio de bienes inmuebles e incluso la oferta de AinBnb que tienen los principales municipios de Puerto Rico.
De igual manera, la plataforma permite capturar información en momento real de todo lo que está ocurriendo en su municipio, mediante encuestas digitales, utilizando la herramienta conocida como “Survey 1-2-3”.
Todos los indicadores son recogidos de fuentes oficiales del gobierno de Puerto Rico como el Instituto de Estadísticas de Puerto Rico, la Junta de Planificación de Puerto Rico, el Municipio de Isabela y además fuentes oficiales del gobierno federal de Estados Unidos.
Por lo expuesto, esta herramienta también agilizará estrategias de desarrollo económico cuando se hayan superado los momentos críticos, ya que facilita la creación de estrategias de desarrollo económico, mediante la conexión de los diversos sectores comerciales del municipio y darle visibilidad interna y externa a la economía.
La implementación de la misma estuvo a cargo de Inteligencia Económica Inc, socio de Microsoft en Puerto Rico. El tiempo de desarrollo fue de una semana y la base de datos se está actualizando regularmente con información pública y oficial.

Mansion built on private peninsula with no neighbors. Fantastic views in all directions. This is for the main floor only. It has its own private entrance. It has two queen beds, one sofa bed, a laundry room, a full kitchen, a full living room, a foyer, a full ocean view balcony and a side balcony. You will have the whole place to yourself.
Isabela is a great beach town. It has lots of culture in the town square. Villa Pesquera has lots of kiosk and nice beach access.
