Cumbres Del Sol 301 Apartment in Gran Canaria is centrally located in Puerto Rico, 200 metres walking distance to the city centre with all facilities nearby.  The Apartment was renovated in 2008. It is a bright and spacious three bedroom property, furnished to a good standard to accommodate up to six guests.

The property consists of three bedrooms, two kingsize double rooms and a room with bunk beds. Shower room with shower, wc hand basin and washing machine. The spacious open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen area has patio doors leading to a large private furnished balcony. There is maid service both midweek and on changeover day.

On site there is an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers.

Puerto Rico, on the south coast, makes a great base, with its horseshoe bay and waterpark, with the best sunshine record in the whole of Spain.
