Pros: View and location were excellent. Staff was always attentive. Pool was good. Didn’t use the restaurant due to the small options of food and prices were a bit high.
We had valet service which was easy to get when we needed our car. Chairs at the beach were ready and available with towels included. Staff was also there to take drink/food orders at the beach. I had balcony room with no chair or table to sit outside but the view was amazing.
Cons: Room did not have a dresser or closet to put my clothes… an open rack to hang your clothes. No side tables to put your clothes in either. Luggage had to be prompted opened the whole time on top of the small couch.

Pros: The only good thing about this hotel is the staff on the beach who are very kind and pleasant and were with us every day. Also, the manager of the hotel is a very charming gentleman.
Cons: We were waiting for the room till 4:30pm.
We were waiting for breakfast 1 hour and 30 minutes.
The waiter who served us at breakfast was unpleasant and nervous every day, so we weren’t allowed to ask him anything.
The windows in the room could not be opened. I threw in the garbage two of my beach costumes that failed to dry, and the stench could not be washed off.
Also, I would not recommend anyone to enter a «gym» that smells intolerably and has no windows or ventilation.

Pros: The good: spectacular location, couldn’t be closer to the gorgeous beach with incredible sand.
Literally 15 steps from the beach! Staff were so so nice, very clean, rooms are huge. Lots of convenient stores like Walgreens and cvs close within walking distance, and metropol Restaurant not too far with great food.
Cons: beds had very minimal and thin linen/bedding and we were very cold every night. There is no phone or clock in the room — in any of the rooms we used. The floors made the room uncomfortable because it’s all hard tile with no rug or soft surface, not even a small floor mat to wipe sand off your feet — my feet, knees and back were in so much pain from the hard tile by the end of my stay, and we kept getting sand in the bed from not having anything to wioe our feet on. The thing about this place that bothered us the most and made our stay the most uncomfortable and unenjoyable however, was the lack of surfaces to put things. Not one table, dresser, surface to put a bag or clothes- everything had to be on the floor, basically living out of a suitcase the entire stay.
We stayed there with family that had 3 rooms and all were the same — no table, no dresser, side tables were tiny and had no drawers, no closet, absolutely no storage in either three rooms whatsoever! The room was a constant mess just because there was nowhere to put anything! It made the stay very uncomfortable. One of our three rooms didn’t have a fridge, one had a mini fridge, and one had almost a full sized fridge which we all thought was a bit odd. Also the shower design was horrible and water came out of the shower and splashed all over everything in the bathroom! But our biggest issue that will keep us from coming back would be the lack of storage, that was super super frustrating. I feel like these are pretty easy things to improve, and if these easy improvements would be made, I would give the place a 10/10!

Cons: The shower was dirty, the shower floor was nasty. My room didn’t look like the pictures on booking.com, there was not 1 single decoration in the room, the pillows needed to be replaced and the bed made a lot of noise.
They tried to give me a different room after I complained about the room but when I checked the other room it was the same story so we decided to not waste our time and just deal with it.
We got a bottle of prosecco wine in our room as a complementary for our troubles but that doesn’t make up for how dirty the shower was. Highly disappointed I wouldn’t recomend it to anyone until they invest updating the necessities.

Cons: there was lots of construction going on all day and night dont expect to come here and sleep in i would recommend calling first and seeing if they are done construction in the building first the drilling was so loud i did not want to even stay in the room i had to put head phones in and i could hear it still the water was not hot i had to call down stairs and wait and hour before getting in the shower wait around in the room in a towel if i could put the video here instead of the picture so you could hear how loud it was i paid alot of money to not even be able to stay in the room
