Great experience overall. I had 2 minor issues that I want to mention here: the line for getting the car was a bit too long — I guess it is the price to pay when hunting for a bargain. And there was a lingering smell in the vehicle which went away every time after the A/C kicked in. It smelled like fish, or is this the smell of all the cars near the ocean? I don’t know. This didn’t stop me to enjoy my travels through Florida. Good deal!

Car rental from Plovdiv Airport. Soon after landing I was contacted by Mex Rent a Car My exit from airport was delayed a bit due to baggage collection but a very friendly gentleman was waiting patiently for us outside of airport. We were given better car ( Seat Ibiza) for same money.Collection of car was very quick , no additional charges.
Pictures of the car were taken Infront of me then emailed to me. We were on our way in no time.There was no issues with the car. Drop off the car after a week went also very smoothly.We called to inform about our arrival time and same gentlemen was waiting in front of airport.There was no additional charges also

I have a car rental coming up, and I had a few questions. I called VIP’s customer care number, and Sylvester Woods did a great job answering my question on the cost of adding an additional driver.
My other question pertained to border crossings in Europe; he promised to contact the provider to get me my answers, and he responded back to me within 2 days. Not only did he call me, but he also emailed his response. I would recommend this company based on their willingness to go the extra mile to find an answer to a question. Hopefully, the rental itself will go as smoothly when we arrive in Europe.
