This is a wonderful hotel. Amazing staff and amazing rooms. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is the noise echo from the halls in the guest rooms. I had to put on earplugs one evening because other guests were coming home late at night and I could hear them walking in the lobby and talking.

This place is a gem. I was a bit nervous at first walking to the end of the street where this hotel is located but was pleasantly surprised. If you can stay here, don’t stay anywhere else. From customer service to the rooftop bar and everything in between, this place is amazing. Relax overlooking the lagoon or enjoy breakfast on your private veranda. Whatever you do, starting and ending your days here will make your trip even more enjoyable. Thumbs up if this review was a warning.

I don’t stay at this hotel but I have seen the rooms and the rooftop bar.
It looks amazing. A very boutique hotel with plush amenities, cool vibes and even cooler city views. From the outside it looks like the entrance to an opium den, but once you get inside, prepare to be blown away. Anything jazz doesn’t come cheap, spirit!

Superb service, friendliness and professionalism in a very comfortable and laid back chic atmosphere! A few steps from the beach, restaurants and activities but tucked away on a side street. There is a lovely oasis on the rooftop with comfortable seating, a bar and a children’s pool.

The general atmosphere in O:Live is very cold.
The rooftop daytime bartender was very helpful when we asked for Palomas he looked up the recipe and improvised with what he had. And since we had the whole roof to ourselves, he also took on musical requests. Late in the evening, the receptionist gentleman was very helpful too.We found a place nearby to order overnight sushi for pick up, unfortunately we weren’t able to walk around so the doorman called the taxi driver to help expedite the delivery. We didn’t get a chance to dine at the restaurant attached to the hotel but we do order Room Service and it was FANTASTIC! On that note, the food is great, but the menu (especially breakfast) could use more vegetarian options.

The best hotel we have stayed in! The staff were polite and accommodating.
The room looked like something out of a fairy tale. From top to bottom the hotel was exactly as described. The staff went out of their way to make our stay as relaxing as possible. The rooms were very clean and simply stunning. This will be the hotel we stay at exclusively after further visits to San Juan.

The rooftop bar is just super, I didn’t stay in the hotel, but the roof top club is just super. Great view and cocktails, attractive interior, you can use the small pool even you are not standing in the hotel and.

We absolutely loved everything about: Live Boutique Hotel! We stayed at the hotel for a week and had our wedding reception on the rooftop. From the moment we arrived, everyone from the front desk staff, event staff, receptionists and rooftop and restaurant bartenders/waiters went above and beyond to make sure everything was amazing for our trip and our wedding! Both we and our wedding guests had the best time ever! We plan to return! Thank you so much o:Live boutique hotel staff!

Very vintage and cozy environment. Small and decorated. The restaurant (lobby) is small but the food is great! (the herb fed steak was excellent) and the wine selection is well curated.

We fell in love with the history behind the hotel and the uniqueness compared to being in a resort. Everything about our stay was exceptional and the staff went out of their way to make sure every little detail was taken care of. Little things like fresh cookies and cakes when we returned every day and his sense of humor made us feel very welcome.

My fiancé surprised me with a 1 night stay here before we reach our final destination. I was surprised how beautiful and well kept and the attention to detail this hotel was. The staff were all so sweet and helpful. Our car rental was a garage just like you were at home. My fiancé and I even slept up at 130 ask for our car to experience the PR nightlife and it was no problem for the young lady who was at the front desk happily offered to go berserk and get our car. The front door of the hotel is not very secure, but I felt very comfortable that the police frequently checked the hotel reception all night. Behind all the great places and def hidden gem. We will be rethinking def!
