The service is fantastic! The staff is very friendly. It’s the last hotel in Isla Verde, so it’s quieter than the others. The facilities and service on the beach and pool are excellent. The room is very clean and spacious. I had the opportunity to visit another hotel where a friend stayed and no doubt the Marriott was the right decision. Very happy, I would definitely come back again.

Breakfast!

I loved the room, it was the last one in the corner and has beautiful views. The best thing of all was the сare and kindness of all the staff. The lady who brought the breakfast, the cleaning lady, and above all the receptionist, who helped me with all my doubts in the best way.

The location and services of the hotel, you find everything, and if you want to go out and explore the city, the staff is very willing to help you

The facility I had to go to the spa, location of the hotel, the view from my room I loved.

The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help you with everything. I really like that they give you a cookie when you check-in. The facilities are very good and well cared for, the swimming pool and gym are opened for 24 hours. Although the beach is not very close to the hotel, they take you in a golf cart and there is a worker on the beach, who will provide you with deckchairs, umbrellas, and towels.

Excellent pool area with quiet and nice view. The hotel has an excellent location and is very quiet to relax. I recommend it and I will stay here again, because the service and friendliness of the staff is excellent.

These are great apartments. Located 5/10 minutes by taxi from Old San Juan, they are very spacious and well equipped. The staff is very efficient, friendly and professional. They have transportation to the beach which is 5 minutes away and a bar restaurant in the attic with a view and very nice. Very complete breakfast combination of a la carte and buffet. We liked it very much and if we return to San Juan we will go there because the quality/price ratio is very good

Excellent service from check-in to check out. All employees friendly, attentive, and helpful. My room, although a little small, was in perfect condition, minibar and bathroom were very well stocked and clean. The swimming pool is clean and crystal clear.

The hotel has good facilities. It has a private beach, an excellent gymnasium, clean swimming pools and good WIFI connection. Near the hotel there are places to eat and two pharmacies. The room was clean and spacious with an ocean view.

The best thing about the hotel is the location, as it’s located right on the beach and there are lots of shops and places to have a drink in the area. The breakfast is also another point in favor, very good and delicious.

The location is great! The parking is terrible. There is a large private law next to the hotel that charges $10 per day. There is street parking, but it’s crazy. There is no fridge in the room but they do have ice.

Stayed here for about 5 days prior to our cruise and absolutely loved it. The beach is a few steps from the lobby. They even provide you with beach towels. They are under new ownership and will start refurbishing the hotel some but I was very pleased with what they offered as it is. The staff were very friendly and helped us with things to do and places to see. Being our first time in Puerto Rico, we were blown away by how much PR had to offer, but they helped narrow it down. I will definitely return and stay here on our future holidays/getaways. Many thanks to all the staff who were there during our stay! You all made our days here very comfortable and enjoyable! nine0005

Don’t come here broken photos Wi-Fi turning slow dirty ugly There is no Javon or shampoo to go to the corner of the bridge will leave better old and people in the corridors seem to come to you in guests so simply open the door that Eios will be there, not counting the friends of Chinchas Bad little Bad Malito. nine0005

Terrible experience! This place is still in business just because of its location. Elevator-Deathtrap, looks like a medieval contraption. I like the charm of the old world, but this thing is dangerous – the doors opened and there was nothing. There was a mixup on booking, arrived late for check in, says we “kindly” give 24 hours, they haven’t gone through yet but the booking was canceled according to the clerk. It is “fixed”, but they still charge the missed day plus various additional surprise fees that only accept cash. Would not return or recommend at all. Not worth the price. nine0005

The most comfortable bed you will ever sleep in and you can wake up and go straight to the beach. It’s very affordable at the right time. You have to pay an energy/resort fee on arrival, which is standard for most beach hotels, but this is still the best beach hotel for the price. The rooms are always clean and if you have any problems the front desk is very helpful. Plus, there’s cheap $10 parking right across the street from the hotel, and that’s within 24 hours of shopping. nine0005

When my husband and I arrived, the guest service attendant was very good and helpful. However, we were not happy with the outdated rooms with TV not working. When we brought this to the attention of guest service, he then told us, due to the hurricane, the TVs weren’t working. This information must be listed on websites and discounted! nine0005

Stayed here last year and loved it! The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but we didn’t use the room except for sleeping anyway. They have a cash deposit which is refundable assuming there is no damage to your room. They are right on the beach and it’s beautiful! If you are looking for high service, this is not the hotel for you! nine0005

The reason I give one star is because there is no zero star. They charged us 17.75/day extra. It’s called resort fees. Please tell me that where is the resort?
The guy at the front desk changed the way we said when we poined it. He said his electricity bill… OMG. Do you think all customers are stupid? Which hotel charges for electricity?
Stay out of here. Customer service requires more trainning class. This is the worst front desk I have ever seen since we are starting trips. nine0005

Simple hotel but amazing location. Consider your priorities before booking. If you are looking for a lot of amenities like food and beach services choose another one. If you prefer to have a not expensive hotel with an amazing location u got it.

The beach is the only plus! 😉 The rest is bad! : (The elevator is buzzing – it doesn’t let you sleep, the Internet only works in the reception area, the rooms are small, the beds are small, the doors are internal, you can hear everyone – from the side, from above, from below. The staff is not friendly, except for one guy. The repair is old. Paid 79$ at a discount – this money is clearly not worth it.

Big price for Beach Hotel! I think the hotel was undergoing refurbishment, but I don’t think the rooms were as bad as some other people thought. I found the staff attentive and polite. They pay attention to who from their hotel and who doesn’t and they make sure none of their guests get harassed by people passing by. The food is also delicious. It’s quite convenient from one of the main roads and it’s easy to navigate and catch a taxi from there. It’s not a flashy place, but it was cleaned daily and it was very affordable. Terrible! no service, lots of tricks with your money, broken windows, ac comes from the hall way true small window if you ask for an extra towel they charge you 10 dollores yes DOLORES, UNPROFESSIONAL clothes, DIRTY SHEETS, bedroom door with a 5 inch gap at the bottom, look if you want to go to sleep n n u won’t be bothered by the noise great but if the ratings had negative stars bad give this place a nasty 100 negative stars i will never stay there again, UNPLEASANT DIRTY UNPROFESSIONAL staff, and very expensive that the hotel is not CARIBE HILTON for charge them crazy prices, go to COMBATE at CABO ROJO PR, THERE ARE THE BEST, THANK U ATLANTIC HOTEL SHOWING ME HOW BAD UR BUSINESS ARE, 2014.

This hotel gets 2 stars only because of its location right on the beach. Everything else needs work. My girlfriend and I stayed here for our holiday at the end of April for 5 days and we chose this hotel because of its location and the simple fact that we felt that we didn’t need the glitter of nearby hotels because we really needed somewhere then sleep only. Most of our time will be spent outside the hotel, on the beach or exploring the rest of the island. With that in mind, its location on the water, combined with its price, made it easier to deal with relatively small rooms. nine0519 Even with knowing that the purpose of this hotel was just to sleep, we had a pretty bad experience due to the total lack of customer service. Check in is apparently 3pm which I was not told before and they absolutely refuse to accommodate you even if there is a room available before that time. Also, they suggest that you put the tags on your bag while you are waiting for the room to become available, but you must leave the bags in the main lobby around the corner from the desk where no one at the front desk can see them. It’s unacceptable that they at least don’t have a small room to keep bags with such a late check in. They will also tell you that the hotel is not responsible for luggage if it is already stolen from the middle of their lobby, so this is not an option for us. nine0005

I don’t stay at this hotel but I have eaten here twice. From the outside the hotel looks old and not that nice and it’s very small. But inside the restaurant and lobby it looks like it has been recently refurbished. We were skeptical to eat here but it was rich on the beach with great ocean views and you can walk straight to the beach. The food was very good! I ordered the quesadillas and actually ordered the second one. We ordered deserts too which was very very good. The service was better than anywhere else we ate in San Juan. We returned for breakfast which was good but not as good as lunch. I don’t know if I would like to stay here but I highly recommend coming here for a cheap but great dinner on the beach. nine0005

This is one of the best meals I’ve had in PR it was worth the wait. I love fish, but fish with green bananas, plantain, and creamy yuki. This dish is pleasing to my taste buds. Service was slow but when the place is busy, like having a good bartender like Doris make the time go by quickly. The top floor was rented out on Tuesday evening. The decor is a chic patio with tables. Making an order or sitting at the bar you can have a great conversation with the lovely ladies from PR of Cuba, Australia or England. I’ll start with the good. It’s the location and the cuisine (both the food and the workers). The rest is really bad. The front desk people are not friendly. The rooms are small, TVs, furniture, plumbing are old. Service from the times of the Soviet Union (convenient for employees, not vacationers). Cardboard doors and walls – you can hear everyone around.
