Cool place to stay. We went with our favorite company: me and my son, sister and nephew and our mutual friend with two children. We occupied three rooms, but we constantly met by the pool or on walks, and how fun it was to visit the sights together.

Just returned from a holiday at this hotel. The hotel is very good: new rooms, all the staff are very friendly, helpful and will always help if needed. The grounds of the hotel and the beach are also good, and the view from the rooms is a feast for the eyes. The food is also good, every day they cooked something new. I would like to share my impressions about the holiday during the New Year holidays. We rested from January 3 to January 10 with a very large company! We liked everything. Not all the guys from our company came to the settlement, some earlier, but they did not offend anyone! We were seated immediately upon arrival. The quality of service is 4+ (drinks on the buffet are apparently not served willingly, we had to stand in lines ourselves) the guys in the bars work smartly, the food is wonderful, strawberries, oranges, dates are great! Baking for breakfast you will lick your fingers! Food for every taste, but without super frills, but everything you need is there! cleaning in the room for 5,
The only cant from the side of the hotel, which affects the mood of the children: ice cream is given on the beach for only 1.5 hours, 1 ball in hand and only one type, which the bartender apparently decides, if you want a different taste, pay! I think that for a hotel of this level, it’s just redneck !!! In addition, with all inclusive!!
The sea was cool, but we swam!! It’s so clean! Convenient entry for swimming, there is no reef, but there are fish and some kind of living creatures. One heated pool was, the other was under reconstruction. Children’s ice. Everyone hung out in one, there is a Children’s area.
We flew regular flights, there were no delays, there were no problems at the airport either.
In fact, we decided to come back! And again a great company !! And even soon! Looking forward to your vacation!! nine0004

Problems in an emergency

Throughout our stay, the hotel manager was interested in our vacation and the problems that we had. We communicated and received feedback. All was good. BUT, when the day of departure came – from the hotel – it was 02/24/22, the Russian military operation in Ukraine began and our flight was delayed as a result by 15 hours and 15 minutes. We rested with 3 families with one infant. We asked the hotel manager to extend us at least 1 room for a day for our extra money, to which we received an answer – there are no places in the hotel. Going to one of the site for booking rooms, we saw that there are enough places in hotels and you can book any.
In connection with the foregoing, we believe that the hotel did not give a damn about its guests, who were forced to stay in this country and were left without any help ( WITH A BABY) on the street.
I categorically do not advise you to stay at this hotel, because of the disregard for its visitors in a critical situation. nine0004
