El Departamento de Salud (DS), así como personal de los Negociados de la Policía y Bomberos, intervinieron este domingo con varios comercios por violaciones a la Orden Ejecutiva (OE) por coronavirus (COVID-19).
El secretario de Salud, Lorenzo González no reveló inicialmente mayores detalles sobre qué establecimientos. Sin embargo, indicó los problemas sobrepasan la OE, trastocando la salud pública.
Las autoridades, por ejemplo, hallaron irregularidades en el manejo de los alimentos, según reflejan varias imágenes a las que Telenoticias tuvo acceso en EXCLUSIVA.
Hoy, lunes, se supo -sin embargo- entre los restaurantes cerrados figurarían Latin Star y Dumpling.
“Comida para servir en baldes. Lavamanos no estaban conectados correctamente (…) alimentos mezclados -carnes, aves, vegetales (…)” dijo esta mañana Jesús Hernández, director de la unidad de investigación del DS, por radio (Radio Isla 1320).

Al menos, dos establecimientos de comida fueron cerrados por violación a la Orden Ejecutiva.
En el restaurante Dumpling, informó Salud, encontraron violaciones a salud ambiental debido a que la cocina no estaba en condiciones apropiadas y tenían servicios sanitarios sin conexiones adecuadas, además de alimentos almacenados de manera inadecuada. Además, tenían filas afuera del establecimiento, en violación a la orden ejecutiva y sin el debido distanciamiento social requerido.
