  The housekeeping staff were friendly and the Sushi bar was good

  The front desk and door staff werent very helpful. The Restaurants were very expensive and didnt have local food options on their menus.

  Very good

  The swimming pools and areas were fun! Loved the swim-up bar in the large pool! The location was great — close to Condado beaches and restaurants (walking distance), and a short cab ride to Old San Juan.
  The rooms were very nicely decorated, and the beds were quite comfortable. Overall, there are some cosmetic enhancements (outside and inside) that would make the Conrad even more wonderful…..but overall, I will definitely stay there again!

  A little on the pricey side for cocktails, but I think that is typical of San Juan in general.

  The staff is really the only thing this place has going for it

  The room needs some TLC and the shower leaks….to the point the floor was wet after one person took a shower. The tiles on the floor were cracked and the room was not ready for us to check into until 4 PM!!! And then the maid tried to come in to clean at 8:30 AM!!! come on people! I would not stay here again for the price.

  I liked the swimming pools, bathrooms, and starbucks.

  It is a very regular hotel and a bit pricy for what you get. The
  location is not the best, there are others hotels that are better
  located in the same area.

  I like my room. It was clean and the view was fantastic.

  I didn;t like the hotel staff. At the reception everybody needs a cash
  deposit extra room charge. They send the security into your room and
  they shout your room for nothing without give a phone into your room to
  fix any misunderstanding.

  The room was nicely done up and the beds were comfortable and the view
  and location were stellar.

  We had some issues with housekeeping (our door was left open after the
  cleaning) and at one point they did not show up. When they did show up
  they left only large towels (no face towels) and the sink never really
  fully drained after use. After speaking with the manager we had a credit
  put on our account. All in all the service was less than I expected for
  what I paid for this hotel. Also, I am sure this is a product of San
  Juan itself, but the resort fees and taxes were astronomical.

  Perfect

  This was my second stay this year at the hotel. I had the luck and
  pleasure of being tended to by a woman by the name of Marisol at the
  front desk. A couple of issues arrived while my stay there and she
  rectified the matter immediately in a courteous and professional
  manner. She is definetly an asset to the Conrad hotel. Because of her
  prompt actions, my stay at the hotel was enjoyable. Thanks Marisol who
  ever you Are!

  Great

  The Conrad had a lot of things to do within the resort, including several pools, casino, bars, restaurants, etc.

  Prices of food and beverages were quite high. Also, housekeeping came around at 9am most days, which is early when you’re on vacation.

  What I like was the casino and the food in the hotel. service was good.

  The timing was not right because too much activities for that weekend to much noise and to check out the line was too long due to young teenagers in the hotel. Elevators were all full of water and slippeary.
