Amazing Caribbean Beaches / Travel Companion

Clear turquoise waters, white sand and the rustle of palm trees – this is how many people imagine their dream vacation. The Caribbean Sea is just the place where you can make your dreams come true. Islands such as the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, Antigua, Anguilla and Aruba are known for their charming coastlines, but there are also a number of other more secluded islands with great beaches, hotels and attractions. Grace Bay

Grace Bay is located on the island of Providenciales off the Turks and Caicos coast. This place seems too beautiful to be real. Soft white sand and clear sea in stunning shades of blue stretch for eight kilometers, and a coral reef stretches along the entire coast. You can swim in the shallows, or go to the reef to watch the rays, turtles and tropical fish of the Princess Alexandra Marine Park. Several of the island’s most exclusive resorts line the coastline, mingling with a variety of restaurants. Here you can even meet JoJo, a friendly wild dolphin who loves to swim along this chic coastline.

Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman

Turquoise waters and snow-white sand, lined with causarinas and coconut palms, are the main attractions of this famous beach in the Cayman Islands. Despite the name, the beach measures about six miles. To avoid crowds of tourists from cruise ships, head north. Here you can relax under the palm branches and listen to the soothing rustle of the gentle waves washing the shore. Hotels, resorts and condominiums sit right on the white sands of Seven Mile Beach. After a blissful day at the beach, you can relax in one of the nearby restaurants. Grand Cayman is also known for its excellent diving, where most of the points of interest can be reached directly from the shore.

Pink Sand Beach, Bahamas

As the name suggests, the soft sands along this pretty coastline on Bahamian Harbor Island are a soft, pale pink. This effect is created thanks to the pink crushed shells, from which the beach has been formed over millions of years. Here you can endlessly enjoy swimming in the amazingly clear sea, go kayaking to the reef, or sunbathe on the warm sands of one of the most beautiful places in the world. Several upscale resorts are located right along the coast, offering a comfortable infrastructure for their guests. The hotel offers golf cart rentals, the preferred mode of transport for exploring all the beauties of the island. Pink Sand Beach is considered one of the best beaches in the Bahamas.

Varadero Beach, Cuba

Shoal Bay, Anguilla

After a relaxing day at the beach, unwind at one of the resort’s restaurants, sitting under one of the coconut trees along the beach. There are many other attractions around the resort town of Negril, from healing mineral springs to rich wetland forests.

Saline Beach, Saint Barthélemy

For lovers of solitude while traveling, Saline Beach on the island of St. Barthélemy is ideal. Its relaxed island vibe and beautiful beaches are considered the prettiest on the island. Fringing the south coast of St. Barthélemy, this peaceful crescent-shaped cove is in the distance, which only adds to its charm. To get to the beach, you have to walk up the hill through the dunes, but in the end you will be rewarded with heavenly landscapes. Perfectly calm waters and a sandy bottom make Saline Beach a great place to swim, although the surf can be quite rough on a windy day. It is a good idea to bring an umbrella along as well as snacks and water as the beach lacks shade and offers no facilities. Eagle Beach, Aruba

Crescent Bay, Antigua

On an island with 360 beaches, the competition can be fierce, but when the conditions are perfect, Crescent Bay is the best of them all. This beautiful bay at the southeast end of Antigua is famous for its lush vegetation creating a wild natural atmosphere. Trees give tourists shade even on the hottest days. The reef offshore offers good snorkeling, except on very windy days. At this time, it is better to just go for a walk along the beach.
