From the birth of an idea to its realization

The opening of the restaurant is connected with the dramatic and touching fate of its owner, theater-goer and music lover J. de la Bouchiere. Due to a serious illness, he lost 90% hearing and could no longer make music himself, nor listen to full-fledged classical music and operatic vocals.
