Third full bath/laundry room is located on the lower level just off pool area (exterior access only). Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 5 flat screen Smart TVs, DVD player and wireless Internet access. Spacious covered and open decks with porch furniture. Park-style charcoal grill, ample parking. Some of the best views of Atlantic Ocean and Bogue Sound with very easy access to the beach directly across the street. Enjoy your own private pool and dog run for your favorite pooch. Easy drive to NC Aquarium and close to Emerald Isle Bike Path. Weekly only. No smoking. Pets allowed with $175 non-refundable fee per pet (dogs only, 2 maximum). 306 Ocean Drive.

Bethpage, NY

Annie Live! were held at Gold Coast Studios in Bethpage in Nassau County, Long Island. The studio consists of two production facilities, one located in the Bethpage Business Park at 700 Hicksville Road (Stages 1 and 2) and the other located at 999 South Oyster Bay Road (stages 3–6). The studio consists of 6 stages for entertainment production with extensive features such as office space, 24/7 maintenance, premium hair and make-up rooms. The studio has hosted famous productions such as John Wick: Chapter 3, John Wick: Chapter 2, and The Suspect, etc. )

For the filming of the musical, the film crew prepared a sparkling scenery that captured the enthusiasm of the holiday season. All sorts of Christmas decorations were made on set to bring the Christmas exuberance to the musical. A huge illustration of skyscrapers has been placed in the background to create the backdrop of New York City. Preparations for the musical began in August, and in October the actors began rehearsals. In an interview with Variety, executive producer Robert Greenblatt spoke about the sets used for the musical. There are a lot of complex scene changes that no one at home will notice, because many of them will take place during commercial breaks. Greenblatt said there’s a lot of serious choreography going on there. Bethpage, formerly known as Central Park, is a village on Long Island, New York. The suburb is conveniently located next to the famous Bethpage State Park, which in 2002 and 2009years of the US Open. This park is one of the main recreational areas on Long Island.
