Wonderfully charming atmospheres, cozy and romantic with a family service feeling. The steaks, all cuts, are perfectly cooked to taste and so flavorful. It’s what I always want from a steakhouse but don’t always get. I feel like their dishes are something I couldn’t recreate at home.

I went specifically for the culinary dinner and so glad I did. Started with the ceviche. The fish could have been fresher but fortunately this was the down point of the whole dinner. The sauce had just the right amount of tartness and the veggies and avocado was perfect. The skirt steak was so tender I could cut it with a fork. The chimichuri sauce was a great compliment to the steak.

For our final Coolinary restaurant this month we made reservations at Brasa.
It was my first time here so I was excited for my dinner. In addition to the Coolinary courses we got the empanadas and the short rib mac n cheese. Both were delicious but the mac n cheese was especially good.review by – Yelp

I come here with my dad every now and then since we really like this place. I gotta recommend that Brasa Burger man, that shit hits different. The Waygu beef they use, literally built differently. This is the best burger in the state Of Louisiana. I’ve tried everything so trust me

This place was so good. People should be screaming about this place from the rooftops. Did the Coolinary menu so it was three course and I added the wine pairing. Started with tuna ceviche, then lomito for my main, then chocolate pecan pie for dessert.stay tuned for updates
