Love to eat here with my wife. Now with the Factory Burrito added to my favorites dishes this place will remain as one of my getaways with my wife. The Factory Burrito is enough food for two normal people (not my case 😁).

Let’s get one thing straight: I am not a fan of chain restaurants. I prefer visiting local restaurants (and review them on my profile to bring attention to them).
However, if more chain restaurants could offer lunch and dining experiences like Cheesecake Factory, I wouldn’t mind having them around more often.
I had the chicken parmesan “pizza style” and, of course, it was excellent.
The Tuxedo cheesecake was excellent as well.
Lovely waitress, lovely environment and a gigantic menu that’s so fun to browse. It’s honestly a great place to visit and have a good time.
Service was excellent, prices are reasonably high, and as I left I couldn’t help but think “I see why it’s so popular.”
One of the few American Chain restaurants that gets a thumbs up from me.

I Absolutely Love Cheesecake Factory! Summertime I went a couple of times! I love everything about it. The Food,place,service, I mean EVERYTHING 💖💖💖💖 I do recommend. Awesome place to go with family and friends, or by yourself. I have soooo many pictures, But I will put 2 or 3 😁 The food is delicious and the desserts also 😋 😀 👌🏽

Loved the ambience. Our server could smile a little more. But the good was fabulous, well served and tastes amazing . I had the Italian trio, and my husband had the famous meatloaf. And if course to finish it off, pineapple upside down cheesecake. I don’t know if I’m eating anything else today!

As always Cheesecake Factory does no disappoint. This location is always busy but usually you can just walk in and get a table. Outstanding waiters and waitresses, never have an issue. Definitely et the Buffalo Blasts, though they are an appetizer, I always order them as an entree.

I came with a party of 4 people. We were seated immediately and greeted by the most gracious waitress, Abbda.
The food was amazing! & everyone truly enjoyed themselves. They took care of us anyway that they could. For that, I am grateful.
To Abbda, you are lovely and beautiful. Thank you for all your positive energy and the aura you exude. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. 🌸 ✨

Starting right from the entrance you see a different place, beautifully themed and decored. The service is very good, fast and always there when you need it. They have a very large menu which can be a little overwhelming for some people but it is surprising how much option they offer for everyone. I recommend the Crab Wonton, they are absolutely great and the Shrimp Scampi. The scampi has a very strong fresh garlic flavor in the sauce and it is a very good portion. Every portion seems very good and can even be a little too big, but good. Overall it is a great experience in Puerto Rico and I very much liked it.

They’ve discovered the secret. When other restaurants are just barely functioning eg, i-Hop, Cheesecake factory is running like a well oiled machine. Had dinner there on Saturday it was full. They were well staffed, the staff was courteous, attentive, and focused on service. The bar was fast, and the drinks very good. The kitchen sent out food that was hot, visually appealing, and that tasted good. I think it’s a descent value for your money and considering what’s happening in other restaurants, it’s a no-brainer. Go and enjoy. PS. It is a little loud, but that isn’t a deterrent.

You need to show proof that you are vaccinated to dine in. The place looked clean. The food did not take long to come out. I tried the truffle honey chicken and it was good, loved the breading. The mashed potatos where bland. My brother had a burger with mac and cheese on it and said it was good. Overall a good experience. Beware of the higher end prices.

Got seated earlier than stated. It was very busy. Ordered and received our food in a reasonable amount of time. I ordered the gumbo and it was very good with spice unlike other cf’s I’ve visited in other locations. No complaints😄 besides hate I missed the happy hour🤷🏾‍♀️

Visited San Juan, PR.
On Sunday I had a taste for waffles & fried chicken. Cheesecake Factory has this on their Sunday Brunch Menu! No wait time at all. The fried chicken strips were seasoned & cooked well and the chicken was juicy. The waffle was a overcooked (very crunchy)… could not eat the entire waffle… i do not eat syrup which would have softened the waffle. The waitress was not the best. I ordered hot tea; however, she kept telling me that they do not offer hot tea only cold tea. I explained that i am 100% sure they have hot tea…. we went thru this 3 times…. she was adamant that hot tea is not offered. I finally asked her to confirm whether they have hot tea. About 15mins later she came back with a cup of hot water and 1 of each tea bag flavor they had. Had to ask for sugar and spoon.

Its a very huge place. Just the wait was crazy long. End up ordering to go. They spell my name wrong on the order. I asked for well done streaks and it wasn’t. They add almond on my dulce leche cheesecake. Am allergic to all nuts. Not good at all. Waited to long for my food and the person whose supposed to give me my food was missing my drink and cheesecake. Maybe since am in San juan. But never have problems with cheesecake like this. Need to be careful when taking orders

Food was mediocre. The fried spicy shrimp appetizer was just okay (very oily), as was the shrimp pasta and burger we ordered. Our dessert brownie and key lime pie raised the bar to 3 stars. Not worth a revisit unfortunately!

It’s Compact
To maximize sitting arrangements they have the chairs and tables too close to each other making it uncomfortable, you can actually extend your arms and reach the table of those besides you.
It’s noisy
There’s barely any noise dampening and no music (at the time I attended) and since there’s crowds it’s unpleasant and even difficult to carry a conversation with a companion.
It’s Fancy
The table wear and astetic of the place are nice and fancy, even the food is served nicely.
The Food
I went for dessert and had 1 cheese cake and 1 carrot cake. Both where served with lots of whipped cream and big portions. The taste was above average. The cheese cake was VERY creamy.
The carrot cake was full of nuts more than actual carrot so the taste was more of a nut cake instead of carrot, also the carrot taste was present but not very defined, it had carrot pieces but it didn’t feel real.
Overall the food was good 👍

Impossible burger with melted cheese, nasty lettuce, tomato, pickels and onion on a toasted bun. Very delicious except nasty lettuces were not included in my burger and with frieds and not good either because was taking out of the oil before well done.
Cheese Cake Factory is my favorite all over except Puerto Rico now
that started December 2012 or January 2013. But my last two experiences at Plaza las America very poor or bad which is worst? Services so so because one persons serving 10 tables hello at 1:15pm. Waited 10 minutes to ask what to drink…. Sorry for her.

  Hello! I would like to share how we celebrated our birthday at the Fabrika nightclub on Zanevsky Prospekt 38. On the night of December 2-3, my friends and I decided to go to the Fabrika nightclub and continue to celebrate and have a good time. At one time, one of my friends went to this club and spoke well of it) Another friend from our company went to the Fabrika club about a month ago, so the staff rudely asked to leave the institution without explanation. She tried to dissuade, but the birthday girl insisted on going, because she wanted to go for a long time, so we went. Arriving at the Fabrika club at about 2 am, a girl (a tall blonde) at the entrance to the club let 2 guests through. Two of my friends were the first to pass the control and they were able to pass. I was next with a third friend. My friend was walking ahead of me, I was right behind her. My friend passed quietly, the same tall blonde stops me, I didn’t see her badge. Since she is taller than me, she leans down, looks at me from under her eyebrows and says in a punishing tone, without even saying hello, “Are you feeling well? One remark and you will leave the club!” Yes, it’s cool of course they meet their guests, I think. Having already gone to the center of the clubs, there were free tables at the end of the hall and we went to them. Having chosen a table, the administrator or waiter comes up to us, we still did not understand the “table in reserve” we were told. If the table is in reserve, then there should be a sign on the table so that the table is not occupied. Is not it? Well, we all managed to find a table for ourselves and began to continue celebrating a birthday) around 5 in the morning was on time, I see that one of my friends got bored and I headed towards her. She sat quietly at the bar. At the same time, club employees came up to me and asked my friend to leave the club. To my question “Why? What happened?” me and my girlfriend in a rude manner, three men took us out without explanation. Is it normal to treat your guests this way. The holiday is spoiled, there is no mood, only anger and resentment. Two fragile girls were having a nice conversation, 5-6 employees come up to them without explanation and throw them out in front of everyone in the hall. Thank you for not throwing our jackets and spitting in our faces! I put an asterisk only for the DJ, the music exceeded all expectations, thank you! I will never come here again and will not recommend to anyone. Throwing out your guests in front of your staff and guests, maybe this is the norm of the Fabrika nightclub ?! nine0003

Despite the fact that there were many visitors, the kitchen coped with a bang – all the ordered items were brought to us within 10-15 minutes.
We didn’t go to karaoke, we didn’t want to leave the hall with music from the DJ, a very bewitching and driving atmosphere! nine0321 I saw the guards in the hall, they didn’t touch anyone for no reason)
I liked Set Kariba, we think we’ll visit you again!

  Good afternoon! Yesterday, my husband and I were not allowed into your club. They say they didn’t come out with a “mug”, they are not doctors to decide this. We rarely go to such establishments …. At first we were told to breathe for 20 minutes (although I can’t understand why), we were in a normal state), then we went again … again they said to breathe more! And so an hour, in the end they still didn’t let me in! What kind of attitude to people in general! If you take security guards, then explain how to talk to people, and even more so to understand people. Very disappointed in your club and would not recommend to anyone. People come to walk, dance, relax! And you put a “stigma” on them, and so on. We stood for an hour and saw …. drunk people came out, drunk people came in … but for some reason the emphasis was on us.
