- Ferry tickets are available at the Ceiba ferry terminal.

- Arrive at the ferry port at least 1 hour in advance of the departure time to purchase your tickets.
- Holidays can be very busy so it is recommended you arrive a few hours before your departure time to purchase tickets.
- Purchase round trip tickets.
- Cargo ferry tickets, which include tickets for cars, are usually only available on the day of travel and must be purchased at the ferry terminal in person. These tickets are available for residents only.
- Be aware that commercial vehicles and resident vehicles have priority boarding. Space is often limited.
- Afternoon tickets are usually more available than morning tickets.

Note
- The inside of the ferry can be very cold. I usually wear long sleeves, lightweight pants, and bring a lightweight blanket/sarong to cover up.
- Be prepared for delays and cancellations i.e. charged electronics, snacks, and beverages.
- There are two types of ferries. One is called the Cargo/Passenger ferry and the other is a Passenger ferry.
- If you are planning on bringing a rental car on the Cargo ferry it is advised you check with the rental car agency to ensure bringing the rental car to Culebra is allowed by the rental car agency.
- It is usually impossible to get someone on the telephone. The ferry staff is busy serving customers in person.

Buying Ferry Tickets Online
Here you will find instructions on how to book your ferry ticket online, how to cancel or change your booking, and how to book tickets if you are traveling with a child or an animal.
By booking your ferry ticket online, you won’t have to pay a booking fee. You will also be able to view the total amount of the reservation and compare the prices of trips on different dates, as their prices may vary. You can buy tickets online even on the day of departure, but not less than 7 hours before the ferry leaves. nine0021
It is possible to buy tickets for all DFDS routes and pay by credit card or electronic banking system no later than 1 day before the day of departure.
If you wish to change your date of travel, you will have to pay 15 euros.
If you bought your tickets online, you can always change them or cancel them altogether.
Conditions for the exchange or return of tickets
One adult passenger can take one child under 3 years old free of charge.
If you are traveling with children (under the age of 15), you will receive a 20% discount on the cabin with your ticket. Children under 16 years of age are not allowed to travel on DFDS ferries without a parent, guardian or authorized accompanying adult.
When an infant or child is entered into the reservation system, a “family” discount automatically applies to the cabin.

If you are traveling with children in the lounge, infants are not eligible for the discount, they will have to buy a separate seat.
Advice for passengers traveling with children
Passengers with disabilities should notify their travel agency or DFDS at (8-46) 323 232. In the event that any special arrangements are required, you must inform DFDS. later than 48 hours before the ferry departure time.
Pets can be transported on DFDS ferries in special cabins or left in the car during the trip. It is forbidden to transport animals in the rest room. If you are traveling without a car, when booking your ticket online, select a cabin for passengers with pets and call DFDS call center +3 70 46 323 232 to book a ticket for a pet.

Passengers with pets must book the entire cabin, pets are not allowed on the beds. They must be on a leash and muzzled.
Animals must be transported in accordance with the requirements of the State Food and Veterinary Service of the Republic of Lithuania (SFVS). For more information, visit the SFVS website.
If you are traveling with a pet to Sweden or Norway, remember three important requirements:
- Animal must have a highly visible tattoo or microchip. Animals born after July 3, 2011 must have a microchip.
- Once an animal has been tattooed or microchip implanted, it must be vaccinated against rabies (animals can be vaccinated from 3 months).
- The animal may be transported if at least 21 days have passed since the rabies vaccination (the expiration date of the rabies vaccine is indicated by the veterinarian who performed the vaccination). Read more
