Perfect Way To Experience The Rain Forest!
The owners and employees of this zipline park were so gracious, helpful, and the love and passion they have for their forest is wonderful and contagious!

Beautiful Site. Great staff.
My wife and I did the zip line tour with our 15-year-old daughter in January 2019. The location is beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I thought the way they have the course setup, working you up from short simple runs to longer and more complex ones were very smart.

Flying High – El Yunque Rain Forest via Zipline!
Three adventuresome 18 yr old ladies – daughter and two chums- report they had the ‘time of their lives.’We parents, who remained earthbound, were impressed by the care and vigilance of the four-member crew. They took things nice and easy, building the girls up to a 1/2 mile long zip above the Rain Forest.

A great time from start to finish. We had to wait out a rain storm but the staff did everything they could to make sure we still had a great experience. There is a range of zip lines that build up the longest and fastest run. Highly recommend!

Nov 2022
This was a great experience. Initially I was impressed with the staff’s professionalism and the quality of the gear. The day started with a chilly downpour, but we soldiered on. As soon as we cleared the ‘starter’ zip line the rain cleared and we had sunshine the rest of the day. (I recognize the company can’t control the weather, just more guidance to hold tight if it looks bleak lol) Our group had people of varying heights, shapes, and levels of experience. All of us were effectively guided and met with respect and cheerful assistance wherever needed. The zip lines themselves were awesome. The first six runs are great and set the stage for the grand finale. The last two are worth the wait! This is a fair price for a great time seeing the rainforest from above. Highly recommend!

Wonderful tour guides and an overall fun experience. We had a small group of other travelers which was great because we didn’t have to wait much to go on the ziplines. We’re hoping we can see the rainforest outside the course some other time during our trip!

Terrible 9000 nature
Feb. 2016 • With friends
It’s beautiful there, but it’s better not to come without a car. In the forest there are waterfalls (where you can swim) and an observation tower, cliffs (where beautiful views open). Admission is free. One waterfall is la coca, and the 2nd is la mina, it is 40 minutes walk from the road, as it is written on the sign, but I got there faster! Between the waterfalls is a yokahu tower. In general, the place is impressive. nine0003

Really one of the most interesting places in Puerto Rico. We came by car, in the most popular places there are problems with parking – there is very little space where you can stand. The police are not asleep – a bunch of cars with fines under the wipers. Otherwise – really beautiful forests, waterfalls, views, worth a visit. nine0003

We were in El Yunque at the end of November, and the name “rainy forest” fully justified itself – we got soaked to the skin in the pouring rain! Despite this, we really liked it, beautiful jungle and a waterfall, not enough living creatures. nine0003

Very nice and cool!
Jan. 2016 • With friends
Came to the park on their own, in a rented car. Drive from San Juan for about an hour, first on highway 26 (66), then turn onto 191 road. Entrance is free, if you do not stop at the tourist center. If you stop by – $ 4 per person, but in the center you can get the necessary information and have a bite to eat in a small pleasant cafe.
There are crowded places in the park itself (such as waterfalls, an observation tower), and there is a main forest massif along which trails of various lengths and complexity are laid. This is a real treat, I highly recommend! We walked for more than 3 hours, but it was not enough.
It’s worth arriving in the morning – having arrived at one o’clock in the afternoon, we did not have time to go through all the planned routes. nine0003

Beautiful, but tourists ruined everything 2015 • For two
El Yunque is the first thing you will find in guidebooks. Locals and not only position this park as the main natural attraction of the Island. Perhaps they are right, but this, in my opinion, wildly spoils everything – hellish crowds of tourists come to the park. There is no feeling of unity with nature, which, of course, is very beautiful there. nine0083 But first, of course, you need to get into this park. It is better to come in the morning, ideally in my opinion, to be there by 9 am (the park seems to open at 8). The trick is that this forest is not in vain humid and tropical. During the day it is hot and stuffy, and in five minutes of walking you will be covered with a sticky sweat. You can survive, but it’s more pleasant in the morning. The park closes at 6 pm, at which time the gates to La Coca Falls are blocked. You can probably go down after 6, but it will be dark and I would not advise. TAKE DRINKING WATER WITH YOU! Liter per person. nine0083 It is unrealistic to get here on your own, only by car or with excursions. We drove from San Juan on Route 3 and then turned right onto Route 191. Warning signs appear only near the exit – such big brown signs.
You can enter the park by car and cross it on it. The roads there are of good quality, but only serpentine, so drive carefully. First, you enter the territory of the information center, where there is a booth, and pay 4 bucks per person there. In fact, the park itself is free, this is a fee for the services of the info center. I don’t recommend going there, because all you get there is a photo of the park map (attached to the review). But if you have an extra 4 bucks, then wellcome. nine0083 Unfortunately, we did not have time to walk a lot on foot, as we arrived only at two o’clock in the afternoon – we only reached La Mina waterfalls, where there were a lot of people. In general, in all the places marked on the maps of the park’s routes, there are a lot of people. A LOT of Indians – with families, children, strollers, wives, they all ignore you and eat, drink and pee (I’m serious) in any way, where and where they want. With me, a boy of about five climbed into the pool near the waterfall, peed and left. And his parents are still from the shore – they say, lift your T-shirt, otherwise you will describe it! Thrash is complete. nine0083 You can climb the tower, but you can not. If you don’t climb, you won’t lose much. We did not get to the Peak, as it began to get dark. But all the time he was seen, he was in a fog. On especially sunny days, it’s probably not so bad, but we weren’t so lucky.
The very nature in the forest is interesting. Everything is green, vines everywhere, it looks like the world from the game Jumanji. For those who have never seen anything like this, the park will be an incredible experience. It’s a funny feeling to walk through the park, this type of natural, and under your feet an asphalt path. But this is a necessity – it is very slippery there, because it is very wet. In some places there are signs warning about a sharp rise in the water level (which is real and dangerous when it rains), mudflows, etc. Be careful and don’t ignore such things. nine0083 Can’t say it took my breath away. The second time I would not go here, but I do not regret that I went the first time.

Awesome place!
Oct. 2015 • For two
Was in El Yunque on a day trip from San Juan. I will say that those four hours that we spent in this forest seemed catastrophically small to me – everything was running, and there were so many interesting, unusual things around! Eh, I would like to come here for a couple of days, but with tents)) El Yunque is a place that allows you to understand how our world looked like in the time of dinosaurs, and it seems that some ancient one is about to come out from behind a tree monster))) there really is enough living creatures – birds, lizards, giant snails, spider bugs. At the same time, the guide said that there are no very dangerous living creatures here. nine0083 The place is amazing, it’s a pleasure to walk here, if the opportunity arises, I will definitely go here again, but this time not with a tour, but in a rented car.

The only rainforest in the USA
March 2015 • Family holidays
Admission is free unless you stop by the visitor center where they will give you a map. The map can also be found online. The very first waterfall will be la coca – by the road, you don’t have to go far. The parking lot is small, but someone is always leaving. Waterfall for an amateur. Next is yokahu tower – view tower, parking is also small. Next is la mina waterfall. 2 trails go to it, the first one is on the big tree trail (1.5 km one way, they write that 40 minutes, my child and I walked in 20). Asphalt road, but going up all the time. In principle, it is possible with a stroller, but sometimes it’s very cool. The waterfall is small, people bathe in it, though there are a lot of sharp stones and a lot of people. But the main thing is not the waterfall, but the path to it. Who has not been in such forests, like it. You go straight into the jungle only along a convenient road. The second trail to the waterfall is la mina trail. He, judging by the reviews, is steep, without a road, you have to walk over stones and roots. Both trails meet at the waterfall. You can go one way and return the other way. True, then you have to go back along the road to the car. Next was el yunque trail – the main route to the peak of el yunque – the second highest peak in Puerto Rico. We stopped at the parking lot (there is not enough space, but you can park right on the side of the road almost everywhere in the forest). We started along the bano de oro trail, then we went to the el younque trail itself. Go one way for about 4.5 km (2 hours are indicated, we reached it in 1 hour.) On the road, all the same views of the jungle. Go up all the time, sometimes very steep, the road can be both over stones and along roots. The higher, the greener everything around, you walk right in the clouds. But having risen to the top, everything was in a cloud, we did not see anything. We went back along service road 10 – an ordinary asphalt road intended only for special vehicles. We got to mt. Britton tower – viewing tower. Then we turned left and along the trail mt. Britton trail (well laid, go down all the time) went out onto the road and reached the parking lot (go down the road all the time). The whole trail took about 2-20
