Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve in San Juan: Once again, Puerto Rico will ring in the New Year as part of the famous “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2023”, live from the island. The event will take place at Distrito T-Mobile, the ultimate venue for fun and entertainment where Puerto Rico’s flavors, adventurous spirit, and good vibes are combined.
This is an exciting celebration for everyone to enjoy and be part of a historic moment.
Puerto Rico is showing the world everything we have to offer as a destination, with great local artists as part of the entertainment for the whole night.
National Festivals: Do not miss all town festivals happening throughout the whole year; here you can enjoy the most authentic traditions, food, live music and genuine fun throughout different areas of the Island. From local food and drinks to local products and crafts, we celebrate it all! During the last weekend of the year, don’t miss the Festival de Mascaras de Hatillo.
Upcoming in January you can enjoy the Festival de la Novilla in San Sebastián; where they not only celebrate local agricultural practices, but the festival also serves as a fundraiser for local scholarships. And in February, you can experience the Carnaval de Ponce, a week-long celebration with parades, crazy costumes and floats, and a lot of music and partying.
Old San Juan: The capital always has something going on.
From the 19th to the 22nd of January, the very famous Fiestas de la Calle San Sebastián will take place. Here, we somehow say goodbye to the holiday celebrations with music, the best food and just enjoying our culture all through our cobblestone streets filled with history. The historic city’s restaurants and bars will have different offerings, and our local artisans will be showcasing their products all around the city streets.
Cultural Events: Campechada is back! But this year, it will be taking place in the Municipality of Bayamón. Here, the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture celebrates a multi-day event in honor of local art ranging from theater, music, dance, art and literature. You can check out this calendar and stay up to date with all the events offered by the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture.
Surfing: During the end of January, the Legends Surf Classic in Rincón will celebrate the second-generation surfers who have been representing Puerto Rico through the world in different tournaments.

Description of the festival53 years old. In 1880, Richard Wagner visited Ravello and, struck by the extraordinary beauty of those places, exclaimed: “This is where the magical garden of Klingsor is located!”. It was here at Villa Rufolo that Wagner wrote fragments of his opera Parsifal.
Wagner’s music was first heard at Villa Rufolo in the 1930s, performed by the San Carlo Theater Orchestra from Naples. Then a stage was built in the park and in the summer of 1953 the “Wagner Concerts in the Klingsor Garden” were held, dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the great composer’s death. nine0003
Since then, Ravello has been the honorary title of the musical capital of the coast, where an international festival is held annually, which has gained immense popularity all over the world.
This year the theme of the festival was “madness”, which will be embodied in bizarre forms of musical art.
It usually consists of eight sections: symphonic music, chamber music, film music, visual arts, video clips, design, dance, literature. Each section of the festival is dedicated to one of the celebrities who once visited these places: Wagner, Grieg, David Herbert Lawrence, Edward Forster, Greta Garbo, etc. In addition to the traditional venue of the Festival at Villa Ruffolo, concerts are held in the open air: in Piazza Duomo, Villa Cimbrone and in the Giardini della Principessa gardens. nine0003
Ravello Music Festival, Italy
The Villa Cimbrone in Ravello will be the stage for wonderful full moon night chamber music concerts. Once upon a time there was a large farm in its place, owned by a noble Italian family. At the beginning of the 20th century, the land became the property of the English lord Beckett, who managed to build a villa of incredible beauty, the architecture of which mixes styles and eras.
The Villa is famous for its “Terrace of Infinity” – as the Mercurio Belvedere is called here, located at the end of a long alley, decorated with antique statues and small temples.
