Fun for kids

This park is child oriented. Have a mini golf, small water park (perfect for children), game room, a guided tour thru an animal museum (I don’t think is offered in english), and the principal atraction, the 5D movie theater with a lovely presentation for the whole family.
You can combine a visit to this park with the bowling alley “Tu Bolera
Jayuya” and have fun for a entire day without leaving the town.
Keep in mind that could be a little expensive for large families.

Fun for the whole family

We were sightseeing and only had a little bit of time to check out this place. We did the 4D movie and the museum of animals. The 4D movie was fun it was showing a penguin clip. I wasn’t too impressed with the museum of animals. It was a guided tour so we had to wait for the people of the 4D movie to come over before we could go in. Then it was much longer then it needed to be. Also, you could not take pictures. The park has mini golf and water fun also. I think we would have enjoyed our time there if we were able to do the water park (maybe next time).

Can’t tell you about the park. Our impression is that it’s probably as unimpressive as the rest of Juyaya we saw, considering the tremendous effort it takes to reach this remote part of central PR (don’t even try the lousy roads off Hwy 10 at night). We were impressed by the new Pito Rico distillery on Rte 141 on the outskirts of town, however, from the friendly hostess to the brief tour and the tastings. Only 3 years in operation, the rum is delicious and is particularly good when blended with the many fresh fruits that are used. Not worth a special trip, but really the best part of this town.

Mountain Restaurants; Beautiful Town; Excelent Atractions; & Great Jayuya People

What a town to visit! We are from metropolitan area and decided to go up to the Mountains and explore for 2 days. We ended up in Jayuya, WOW!!! WOW !WOW! So much history; so much to do. All the restaurants were excellent in service and in food. We went to the 5D Theater, the only one in Puerto Rico. We visited Casa de la Historia, Teatro Homero Aulet; Parque Familiar; Museo El Cemi; Museo Casa Canales; We even got a dip in the Saliente River at Piedra Escrita, fantastic. In Piedra Escrita, the Artisan Marilyn Garcia made me a beautiful unique jewelry from local tree seeds. At night we discovered El Colorao in town, it was great to mingle and dance, dance dance. I recommend visiting this town, it’s fun; and the people practice extremely courtesy. Thanks to the guys in Casa de la Historia, who were the first we met and explain to us the true facts about the Jayuya History and all the future plans the town is actually working with “Globo Aerostatico”

Customer Service revamp

Went for a visit with 5 kids. Purchased combo package for all attractions. We decided to do the movie first and had to wait over an hour as we were told it was short of staff. Started to rain and nobody opened the door. Some staff members were extremely rude, need to take training on how to deal with customers as these customers are the ones that supports the attraction. Since it rained for the rest of the afternoon, the pool and/or golf could not be done, so we requested our money back for the areas unable to participate. Again the person in charge was rude with us and pretended that the kids go to the pool since they were going to get wet anyway. Perhaps this employee needs to learn that pool with sun vs pool with rain and thunder ARE NOT the same thing especially for kids with asthma. After a lot of discussion, we got a raincheck for the unused activities and had to spend it there in the only food concession stand they had. Well…long story short…we are not planning to visit the place again nor will recommend.
