Great news from Marina Pescadería to all our transient travelers: as part of the CBP ROAM program as of right now Marina Pescadería is an official US Port of Entry to the island of Puerto Rico! Now you do not need to go to Mayaguez office, by sea or land, to fulfill your United States entry requirements. You can just arrive at the marina and do everything from our marina office.

Breathe the warm and welcoming west coast breeze, experience Combate and Boqueron Beaches, Enrique and Caracoles Cays at La Parguera, go on a marlin fishing expedition on world renown locations “El Piichincho” and Isla Desecheo, explore Mona Island’s caves and nature, get yourself ready for a trip to the Dominican Republic, or just recoup on your way to nearby destinations while crossing the Mona Channel. Set in one of the finest and most convenient locations in the west region of Puerto Rico, Marina Pescaderia is located on Puerto Real Bay, Cabo Rojo. We are proud to provide the very best marine services and facilities possible for transient and local vessels alike. The west coast of Puerto Rico is a marine wonderland with many breath-taking beaches and great places to visit. Puerto Real Bay has always been known as a well-protected marine region with a relaxed feel about it.

Our fully equipped marina has 93 boat slips with depths of up to 9 feet, all of them with storage boxes and electricity up to 100 amps. On the center dock we have a diesel and gasoline service station with a pumpout station for your convenience. Marina Pescaderia encompasses six commercial spaces: fishing and diving shops, a fully stocked mini market for your provisioning needs, a boat electronics and general maintenance shop, bar and restaurant, and a fishery. We also have the following facilities for our marina customers: rental cars on premises, fresh water and ice, garbage disposal, washer and dryer, restrooms with hot water showers, WiFi and nearby supermarkets, department stores, bakeries, restaurants, banks, and Post Office, among others.

Marina Pescaderia can also help incoming transient vessels by coordinating with all sorts of marine technicians: diesel and gasoline mechanics, electronics, upholstery and canvas, wood works, and refrigeration technicians. Let us know how can we help you.

Puerto Real: The Red Cape

The small coastal town of Puerto Real wraps around a picturesque bay of the same name in the heart of Cabo Rojo.
