This modern and harmonious course, located in Playa de San Juan, very close to Alicante, was designed by the famous and talented Spanish golf champion Severiano Ballesteros.
The par 72 course consists of six par-3s, six par-4s and six par-5s. The main feature of the route is a large number of water obstacles, which makes the route quite difficult.
However, the rate is relatively flat in France as well. Right. there is no blind hit here. You can see green on all holes.
It has two original features: the first is an S-shaped lake (designer’s initial) surrounding greenery 9; the second is the Roman ruins located next to hole 14, which the player must pass to reach the green.
A sunny and technical course that will appeal to many golfers.

Entertainment and attractions of Rio San Juan in the Dominican Republic
Nature is the main asset of the resort, because the Dominicans themselves, who live in the central part of the country, come to admire it.
Those who do not want to cross paths with other tourists on vacation and enjoy the chirping of birds in the morning, not the horns of cars, will find this resort the embodiment of their dreams.
When is it forbidden to fly to the Dominican Republic?
The season of hurricanes and storms lasts only 2 months a year: August and September.
Lagoon Gri-Grí
Gri-Grí
This is the name given to the sea pool in honor of a special palm tree, which overgrown the local shores along with mangroves and lianas. They move around the lagoon mainly in small boats, admiring the beauty of the water and the variety of birds that live here.
According to reviews, it is enough to turn on the smartphone for recording to get a great audio recording in the “sounds of nature” style.
Is it true that there are whale watching tours here?
Yes, but for this you need to come during their migration season – in February.
Playa Caleton beach
Relax on the beach
This piece of land is literally surrounded by coral reefs approaching it closely.
For divers, this is a real find, because you do not need to swim far to dive and see magnificent views in clear water.
The place is very cozy and beautiful, where it is equally pleasant to come on a date or relax with family and children. On weekends, it is more lively here, as the townspeople prefer this particular beach. Weekdays are noticeably quieter and less crowded.

Why is the Dominican Republic so popular among Russian tourists?
It’s simple: the secret lies in the peculiarities of the climate. Only 11-12 hours on the plane, and you are from the Russian winter in January into a tropical summer. Winter is the time of peak demand for tours to the Dominican Republic. Also, you don’t need to apply for a visa.
DR Eco Adventures Eco Farm

- horse rides in the forest or on the seashore;
- kayaking on the river;
- bike tours;
- surfing and more.
Everything that is served to guests is grown on an eco-farm. For more details, visit drecoadventures.com.

The Dominican Republic is one of the few places in the world where blue marlin hunting exists. Join other fishermen in Rio San Juan inviting a club with excellent equipment and a diverse fleet of vessels: boats, yachts and boats.

Sea Carnival
February 14-17 are special days in the city, because every year at this time a grand celebration takes place here. Costumed performances are held on the streets and in restaurants. The largest stage is set on the water in the Gri-Gri lagoon.

The most solemn moment of the carnival is the coronation, when the winner is presented with a coral and larimar crown.
