Logo no início da página há um botão com nome “Criar minha conta”. Clicando, você será seguirá para nosso processo de cadastro. Nós vamos precisar de alguns dados pessoais, então é importante que você tenha por perto um documento de identidade (RG, CNH ou RNE). Pode ser que você precise consultar alguma informação.
Após terminar essa primeira etapa, nós vamos operacionalizar sua solicitação e, em até 2 dias úteis, você receberá um e-mail, contendo o número da sua conta e a informação sobre o seu cadastro na Rico. Este e-mail vai informar também sobre como você envia seus recursos para sua nova conta para começar a investir com a gente.
Atenção: Em nenhum momento encaminharemos sua senha por meio de correspondências, e-mail ou telefone.
E para terminar, deixa a gente te dar 2 avisos. Enquanto aguarda nossa resposta, verifique também na sua caixa de spam ou lixo eletrônico se você recebeu uma comunicação de news@rico. com.vc.
Pode ser que nosso contato acabe caindo lá. Em alguns casos, pode ser necessário encaminhar uma foto do seu documento de identificação e de um comprovante de residência, mas não se preocupe, nós informaremos tudo nesse e-mail de resposta.

Não importa sua idade, nós estamos aqui para mostrar que investir é para você, sim! Mas, claro, tendo menos que dezoito anos, nós precisamos que as pessoas responsáveis estejam cientes e de acordo com isso.
Antes de falar do passo a passo, a pessoa menor de idade deve possuir CPF e ter uma conta corrente em algum banco, mesmo que conjunta. É importante frisar isso pois só é possível enviar recursos para a conta na Rico através de uma TED de Mesma Titularidade.
O processo de abertura de conta é bem semelhante ao de uma pessoa adulta. Você começa preenchendo os dados pessoais. Ao ver a idade nosso site solicitará alguns documentos adicionais.
Não se preocupe, tudo está explicado no processo de cadastro. Você enviará esses documentos para nós via e-mail. E, da mesma forma, em até 2 dias úteis nós te responderemos, também via e-mail, com seu número de conta e as primeiras instruções de acesso.

Se você ainda é residente fiscal no Brasil, ou seja, se ainda possui CPF ativo e conta corrente em algum banco no Brasil, você poderá abrir e manter a sua conta com a gente sem problema algum.
No entanto, se você já declarou sua saída definitiva do país, inativando seu CPF, não podemos abrir nem manter sua conta.

Para reabrir sua conta, baixe e imprima a Ficha de Recadastramento.
É necessário que você preencha e assine esse formulário à mão. Após isso, digitalize o formulário preenchido, o seu documento de identificação e um comprovante de residência de até 3 meses. Envie estes 3 documentos para o e-mail [email protected].
Em até 02 dias úteis você receberá nossa resposta também por e-mail, com o número de sua conta e as primeiras instruções de acesso.

A Rico possui um time incrível para te atender, te ajudar e te dar aquelas dicas sobre seus investimentos. Após abrir sua conta, você poderá entrar em contato conosco de segunda a sexta-feira, exceto feriados, das 09:00 às 18:30 através de e-mail, chat online e WhatsApp. Todos estes canais estarão disponíveis na sua área logada. E quem possui mais de R$ 3.000,00 investidos na Rico pode entrar em contato com nossa central de atendimento via telefone. De toda forma, não se preocupe, todos os canais possuem especialistas com conhecimento para solucionar seu problema e tirar suas dúvidas.
