What an amazing first experience with Madonna indeed! Was quite apprehensive to touch the dolphin but dear Renee and the adorable Madonna made it so very easy and enjoyable for us. The sheer glee on my face shows how thrilling this was for me ….exhilarating and memorable indeed…thank you, Madonna and Renee…..
Robert served us at the bar which was excellent as well but would have liked guacamole served wit the nachos 😊 we are vegetarians and could not have anything else except fruits and nachos

Had such a great experience today at dolphin discovery!!! Such a beautiful place & the workers are just amazing! My favorite worker I met today herlinda she’s so helpful & amazing, beautiful inside & out. Give my beautiful queen a ride she deserves it! Loved swimming with the dolphins, sea lions, & Mannites.

Ending up with bad taste – they prevent you from taking photos and then ask you hundreds of USDs for their photos

We visited this place a family of 4 (two kids ages 5 and 7).
First the instructors were all really nice and they all wanted us to have the best experience (and the only reason i didn’t given this place 1 star).
The biggest problem we had with this place is the outrageous photos price.
They asked us for over 200 USD for the photos they took.
They told us that they just offer this service and we don’t have to use it, which would have made since, but we brought our own waterproof cameras which they prohibited us from using and the entire activity is around taking the photos.
We didn’t agree to pay these prices and walked out with a bad taste and without any photos.
You can charge whatever price that you want as long as you don’t prevent any other options but the way they work there really feels like a ripoff.

Dolphin discovery was amazing! We had the Royal swim and it 100% worth it. You get to swim with the dolphins as well as an all you can eat buffet (two different rooftop restaurants) and unlimited drinks, rooftop infinity pool and some other things with Royal swim. Experiencing the dolphins is definitely the best part though. Renee and Marco made the experience even better and made sure that the younger kids have the best experience possible. Renee was super sweet and told us about how the dolphins like to steal socks! It was a great experience and definitely worth the money.

This type of organization needs to definitely be more organized.
Day started with someone from the Dolphin Discovery company to head on a catamaran, which was the wrong boat, when lead me to missing my actual boat needed, so they had to transport me to the actual boat.
Once we got back at 605, another associate, after confirming needing transportation back to my hotel, lead me to a transportation van, which wound up being the wrong van.
I had to pay out of my pocket gas money, or they were going to DROP ME OFF in the middle of Cancun, 40 miles away from my hotel, and all Dolphin Discovery said, was I needed to get a cab or local bus, even though they specifically told me to get into that van.
To this day, they have yet to reimburse or even help with the situation.
I would do your research on every excursion you take, especially dolphin discovery

The best experience ever

This day is a must – I booked through tui and so glad we did. We got collected at 7am and got the ferry to the isles mujeres. On the ferry we had breakfast and was extremely well looked after by Juan.
We arrived at dolphin discover around 45 mins later and we were straight in with the dolphins for around 2 hours. It was extremely well organised and we weee in groups of around 8, nothing was rushed this was the best experience of my life. Following this we fed tha manatees, I wasn’t keen on this but they were so big yet so dainty.
We then got to snorkel with the sharks before getting the ferry to the other part of the island.
This was where we had lunch – all included in the price and the bars also. Following lunch we went in the zip wire over the sea, snorkelling in the coral reef and we could also do kayaking.
The day was outstanding definitely recommended- it’s a full day out and worth every penny.
We paid 70 usd pp for photos but got some amazing pics with memories to treasure.

Great snorkeling tour

The 4th november we tried the snorkeling tour which included 3 stops (2 very fine places to see fishes and then the underwater museum). We saw different kind of fish and it was very beautiful. When we were finishing snorkeling, we had a good lunch before we ended our tour.
For our tour we had 3 young guys that did a really good job. Diego our “tour guide” was good to explain things about the fishes and took us through all the beautiful places. Sergio was very helpful to serve drinks and help in the water in case it was needed. Manny the captain did also a great job behind the helm.
We can really recommend this snorkeling tour. You get a lot of value and experience; you will not forget or regret the tour at all.

Great snorkeling tour

The snorkeling tour was very enjoyable and worth the money! The meeting point is easy to find and from there its a short walk to the boat.
One suggestion though: at the end when we had lunch I would have appreciated some more explicit information such as which table should we sit at and at what time should we be back at the boat.

This excursion was SO worth the money!!!!! It blew our expectations out of the water. The crew was so friendly and funny, they did an amazing job. We went to 3 incredible spots, everything went smoothly, we got incredible pictures and videos, tons of fish and seeing the underwater statues! November water was perfect.
Would absolutely recommend and would do it again! Kevin, Manny & Sergio were the best! Thank you!!

Went on a snorkeling tour and had a WONDERFUL time! Our tour guides were Diego, Sergio and Manny.
Diego and the crew made it a party — upbeat, friendly, and just really kind.
The three locations were all amazingly beautiful, the snorkeling gear was clean, and the lunch (part of the package!) was included.
My recommendation would be to bring plenty of cash with you. The lunch is included, but beverages are not, and at the end of the tour I couldn’t help but tip these three great guys who showed us such a wonderful time.
We will definitely do another snorkeling trip with Island Adventures Mexico the next time we’re in Isla Mujeres!

- Number of players : two teams of 5-7 people.
- Playing area : 100 x 37 m (central area 64 x 37 m plus two 18 m goal areas at the edges).
- Equipment : frisbee.
Ultimate is a very dynamic game with no age or gender restrictions. Ideal for outdoor recreation with a large noisy company. All you need is a frisbee and markers to mark the boundaries of the playing and scoring areas. If there is not enough space, then the size of the site can be reduced.
Rules of the game
Participants line up along their zones. The disc is brought into play by the team that wins the draw. Opponents must either intercept the Frisbee in the air, or wait until the projectile touches the ground.
