Enhanced Merge Options
To show how mail merge works, let’s start with an email message. You create a main document, attach a list of recipient information, and add merge fields. Word then automatically populates the fields with recipient information and generates individual documents.
Insert merge fields
For example, to add a standard greeting to an email or letter, use the merge field Greeting string .
Click where you want to place the greeting.
Press button Greeting line .
Select the title style you want and set other options.
To make sure the field is formatted correctly, select the entire field, including the characters at the end.
Click the Spacing button to make sure the entire document has the same line spacing applied.

After adding the merge fields, enter the information that you want to repeat in every message sent during the merge.
Adding individual fields
If you want to add a custom greeting or other information from the mailing list, you can add fields one at a time.
Click in the document where you want to add the merge field.

To view a list of fields in the data source, select Database fields .
Click the field you want to add.
Select tab Insert .

The footage was published in the “I live in Krasnoyarsk” group on the VKontakte social network. The video shows how a postal worker, unloading a car with parcels, carelessly throws them into the window of a collection point.
At the same time, some packages do not fall through the window the first time and fall to the ground. The press service of the Russian Post confirmed to the local Yenisei TV channel that their employee was captured on the video, and called such handling of parcels and parcels unacceptable. An internal investigation has been conducted, and disciplinary measures will be taken against the employee, the organization added.
