A taxi is a few dollars away from the airport, especially the boss is very beautiful and warm. The hotel is a backpacker hotel. So compared to other hotels, the style is very warm. The backpackers chat. The hotel has all kinds of supplies in the kitchen. There is also an open-air bar to look at the sky and look at the sea. The more lively places like the quiet people are not suitable. It’s here for reference only. There are also dry buckets and irons. There is no parking lot to stop at the road. This hotel was a gem. It appeared to have been revitalized from a couple of low-rise buildings in the neighborhood (hence it blends in well) and you can see they’ve exhausted every bit of care in every bit of detail. The decor fuses modernity and a strong local accent and the rooms were appointed with smart TV, ductless mini split AC (very quiet), and a decent-sized bathroom. We ran into a major island-wide power outage and the hotel’s generator kept us going within seconds, even though other parts of Puerto Rico didn’t have power for several days. You’ve got a fridge ensuite and additional amenities were available in the lobby – which was conveniently appointed with just everything a traveler might need – lounge, coffee, tea, microwave, business center, etc. It was a block away from the beach and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. I was surprised that this hotel exists in San Juan, with its value (well worth the price tag), its offering, its location, and the boutique operation. I would give this place 10/5 if I could. We were very happy about our stay here.

This place is super cute, quirky and the people are so friendly and welcoming!
The extra pillows were a highlight! The bed was comfortable, the air was cool and there was enough hot water in the basin to take a shower and get ready for our next adventure!

Great place, safe and pleasant. Roberto runs a very good business, friendly and knowledgeable. Being so close to the beach and many local restaurants is a huge bonus; highly recommend.

Good location, clean, close to the beach, close to some great restaurants. There were some issues with the shower so only 4 stars. They offered to upgrade our room but we refused. Booked on Airbnb with no problems.

Wonderful place. This is the second time I’m in Andalusia Guest House and more and more like it. Highly recommended for those who want a site very close to the beach, beautiful and safe nearby. Close to bus stop to go to old San Juan, pharmacy, cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, fast food, etc. Better andalucia Emeo and Stefan. I hope to return soon. 🙂

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was small but clean and modern. In the common courtyard they provided access to the beach equipment: chairs, umbrellas, refrigerators at no charge, however there is a limited amount of these free. The jacuzzi was clean and well maintained and turned on nightly. Limited free parking is available but I think it fills up quickly during the busy season. My first impression of the area was not very positive, but during our stay I realized that my impression was wrong. South of the guest house, there is a somewhat shabby-looking area, but based on the activity of pedestrians at most hours, it turned out to be very safe. Good restaurants around and CV just a few blocks away.

This is right in Condado located in the San Juan area and its a great point to go to the best places and also you can walk to many of them. Nice guesthouse and they have an amazing map they made themselves with their recommendations for the best breakfast, lunch and dinner with local taste. We made it and love it. The beach is 3 blocks walk which is the ocean and the park is full of young people. You can also run in the morning or evening. At PR you have to rent a car and they have parking included in the price. Not like other places they charge. I highly recommend this place.
