Puerto Rico

The most convenient way to get to Puerto Rico is by flying with a connection in one of the US cities.

Climate

Puerto Rico’s maritime tropical climate is characterized by a mild and subtle change of seasons.

The average air temperature in summer is +29 degrees, in winter +23 degrees. In mountainous regions the weather is always cooler.

The wet period is from May to mid-October and is accompanied by hot weather and strong winds. At this time, the likelihood of hurricanes and typhoons increases.

Very close, just 8 kilometers from the capital, is the world’s largest rum factory Bacardi. You will have the opportunity to visit the museum of this famous family, watch the process of making rum, taste and buy your favorite varieties of local products.

Ponce is Puerto Rico’s second largest city and deserves the title of “Pearl of the South”.

It was founded in 1692 by the Spanish conquistadors and consists entirely of incredibly beautiful churches, squares and mansions with cozy courtyards and fountains. You can also see here the oldest fire station on the planet.

The Cabo Rojo peninsula is famous for its inspiring scenery from the observation deck at the Faro de Cabo Rojo lighthouse. The colorful limestone cape Cabo Rojo is surrounded by the blue waters of the Caribbean Sea, salt lakes with piles of salt, dense mangroves and other shrubs and trees bizarre from the constant wind.
