You will have access to you private suite and private pool with outdoor tub. This space was created with a lot of love and care for your enjoyment. This 1 bedroom suite has a lot of classics furniture, small private kitchen and full bathroom.

We might not be in property but always will be available if you have any questions over the phone. We have staff from 8am to 4pm to attend your needs, after 4pm we’ll be on the phone to provide assistance

Puntas is one of the most exciting areas of Puerto Rico. It’s a mountainside with small windy road that lead to the most amazing beaches in the island. The apartment is within a very short drive from Sandy beach, lighthouse park, 3 Palmas Marine Reserve and Domes Beach.

We spray for bugs with a professional on a regularly basis but please have in mind that the suite is in a forest area and the space is created in a inside/outside space which still might have bugs in a natural forest setting.

We left all the lights off because the first couple of hard rains in May and June every year makes termites in the trees hatch, these fly all over the island and are attracted by light. It’s very difficult to predict when they are going to hatch. There’s no way to exterminate them as they are in almost every three in Puerto Rico and attracted by light. They are harmless but a pain to clean.

They fly during the night of a very hard rain, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you leave all the LIGHTS OFF inside the apartment when you leave or while you are in there because these flying termites will come in. It’s very hard to predict the date but I know it’s around this time of the year.

Please TURN OFF ALL the light when expected to come back at night or when leaving at night or if you are in the apartment and see flying bugs do so as well. I have attached a link with more explanation about this natural phenomenon.
