Urb Los Paseos Road Conditions with Driving and Traffic Flow

No Traffic Flow? Zoom in Closer

How to use the Urb Los Paseos Traffic Map

Traffic flow lines: Red lines = Heavy traffic flow, Yellow/Orange lines = Medium flow and Green = normal traffic or no traffic*. Black lines or No traffic flow lines could indicate a closed road, but in most cases it means that either there is not enough vehicle flow to register or traffic isn’t monitored. Also, If you do not see traffic flow, you can zoom in closer to reveal localized data. If you are unable to pan the map, press here (to focus off of the map) and try again.

* In known extreme weather events or accidents, the map provider may still show green lines, even if lanes or the entire road is closed.

Map and Alerts Usage Tips and FAQs

Click any alert icons on the map to see info.

Tips

  1. Click or touch the map to move in different directions.
  2. If you do not see any markers on the map, try zooming in one or two levels using “+” on the top left side. However, they are not always available.
  3. Click an incident icon on the map to get more information.

FAQs

Q) How often is the map updated?

A) The traffic flow is updated at loadtime and upon movement outside the initial map view, or upon refresh of the page. Any incident markers are checked for updates approximately every 5-10 minutes, but you need to reload the page to load any new updates; the data provided may still be the same status/view as before. Information shown is as only reliable as how it is reported to us.

Q) The roads are backed up or closed, but the map does not show the reason why, what’s the deal?

A) Municipal traffic monitors or GPS trackers may not be available, could be offline, or reports and alerts are not syndicated to media outside of the area to use on the map. This is especially true for rural areas. You are encouraged to leave a road conditions report to help others.

Q) I see traffic alerts in the box below for the state, but they aren’t related to the area I’m in?

A) We attempt to display alerts as specific to the area as possible, however in some cases the data we receive will only allow us to provide it by county or even statewide.

Q) Are you an official source of traffic information?

A) We are not an official source of traffic or real-time data. We have contracts and licenses to display certain up-to-date information that comes direct from some DOTs in various states, and the traffic flow on the maps is provided by Google or MapQuest. However, the data shown here should only be used for light informational and reference purposes and not to make critical decisions. Your safest option on the web is to use your state-run traffic website, or to call the DOT traffic line for your state, local authorities, or the state’s 511 number if available.

      “Big disappointment”

Wouldn’t recommend – never. We arrived in Port Louis and our 5 year old Lagoon 52 was a big disappointment. The two ahead for the berths were completely unusable due to severe mold and a leak in one of them. One of the manometers was broken, one of the fresh water tanks was broken, and the VHF radio was not transmitting. These were completely unacceptable equipment failures, and if we weren’t sailing with another boat that couldn’t waste time waiting for repairs, I would have insisted that these systems be repaired before we left. Accidentally left my manual VHF on board when we left and the staff never “found” it after repeated calls and a friend looking for the boat.

The general staff, including Gabby and Hiro, were friendly and helpful, I must say, but for the fact that the price of the charter was not decided before leaving, it was not cool. Not likely to use this charter outfit again.

      “Awful Charter Company”

Absolutely the worst cruise ever! If you’re reading this, you’re likely considering Dream Yacht Charters (DYC) for a charter. I’ve been sailing for a long time and my best advice is to find another company…no matter how good DYC sounds, YOU CANNOT TRUST THEM. There is a detailed Terms and Conditions (T&C Contract) for their charters, that apparently only apply if it is in their favor. We did a ‘Cabin Charter’ from Nassau to the Exumas (Bahamas). There were several things that the booking agents and charter operators disregarded that ruined our trip. 1) Our cruise was ruined by a screaming 2.5 year old brat that threw screaming tantrums several times a day. The parents were unfamiliar with any form of discipline. All of the DYC descriptive information indicated it was an ‘Adults Only’ cruise. Their home office even admitted they discouraged booking young children. However, the agent who booked the screaming-kid-family said it was a “Family Friendly” cruise. The disruption in the peace desired when sailing was complete. DYC actually has a written policy in their T&C Contract (Clause 8.5: “The Captain will disembark any Passenger whose behavior could endanger or seriously inconvenience other Passengers…”). Even though the Captain was completely aware of the negative impact of the child’s disruptive behavior, he took no action (likely because they would have had to reimburse the charter fee) and all of the other passengers were seriously impacted by the child’s behavior. You may think you can ask the agent if there are any kids onboard, but their answer means nothing because of the potential for late bookings and they can move you to a different boat as they desire and without any consultation with you. 2) There were 2 non-meat eaters aboard our trip. DYC is supposed to provision adequately to accommodate any dietary needs of their passengers… which they did not do. As a result, the 2 non-meat eaters were given a majority of the fish rations intended for everyone else. There was an opportunity at our first stop to acquire appropriate provisions, but the Captain and cook did not do so. The non-meat eaters ate well and the rest of us did not. 3) The departure on our voyage was delayed by several hours while we waited for someone who never showed up. We never actually caught up on the intended schedule because of the delay. Once again, DYC actually has a written policy in their T&C Contract (Clause 9. 6: “If Charterer is not present at the time of Embarkation… this will be treated as a cancellation of reservation… the Charterer will lose its entire charter fee.”) There was no word from the missing passengers that they would be arriving late, but we waited anyway. 4) We were told by the booking agent that we would have the first choice of cabins, as they are supposedly assigned in the order of booking for the cruise. This was confirmed as the policy by the DYC Customer service office. However, the Captain decided to assign cabins by raffle. We got LAST choice. 5) The agents indicated COVID vaccination status would be checked at the base (all passengers were required to be vaccinated). This check was never performed and as we learned later one of the passengers had been ill with COVID less than a week earlier. Again, DYC did not hold to their verbally stated policy. There were several other issues that affected our enjoyment of the trip. In summary, the DYC policies (written or verbal) are easily disregarded by them and apparently only apply if it is their interest to enforce them. AVOID THIS COMPANY. There are many other good quality charter companies and, as I discovered recently when looking for a bareboat to charter, the DYC prices were higher for the exact same boat at the exact same period. They screw you on both the price and service provided. Their “Customer Service” apparently only exists to defend their actions and not to provide any actual service to a customer.

      “Dream Yacht Charter”

So after buying Bali 5.4 through Bali 5.4 Thru Dream Dream Dream (Charter Dream Yachts, Dream Yacht Sales) and finding out after 7 months of trying to get them to approve repair warranties Bottom line than any of their customers and leave those who keep the account. Stay away from these guys. I’ve included two of my many issues with my new boat that they keep dragging my feet in the hope that I’ll just walk away and eat the repair layer, which are clearly warranty issues. Missing bottom paint and many other issues. Will not happen. I would like to publish my site, but I can’t. A simple dreamyacht scam search will reveal more information about 1 star to 2 too many

      “Worst travel experience ever!!!!”

Worst travel experience ever! Do not use this company, zero integrity. We stayed at the dock before the boat even left due to the agent selling us a ride we were told we shouldn’t have sold after flying all the way to Brivadière! We not only walked out due to the cost of the charter, but flights, time, the cost of additional flights at home, etc. The company refuses to refund our money, and conveniently, the agent is “no more”. We had to contact our lawyer to decide. Terrible company and management. I have been in the travel business for 25 years and have never experienced such a mess, I certainly would never let my clients use this company.

We had to ask for another boat as this one didn’t have working heads, electric winches didn’t work, AC didn’t work in all suites, cushions torn, no floating platform, no grill, rusty fridge, no top sheets on 4 beds, noise generator was so loud, couldn’t sleep, oven didn’t work. ..

“Be careful when chartering from Dream Yacht Charter, La Paz Mexico”

Be careful when chartering from Charter Dream Yacht Charter, La Paz MX – April 2021 please be careful when honoring a board ride from Charters Dream Yacht Charters (La Paz) or from anywhere, for that matter, due to opportunities for breakdowns and loss of charter days. When we arrived in La Paz, my family and I were excited to sail the Sea of Cortez after being delayed for 1 year due to the pandemic. After checking in at the Dream Yacht Charter’s (DYC) office in Marina Costa Baja on Sunday 4/18 we started the orientation and the boat ticket office. We quickly became aware of several issues that needed to be fixed before we could accept the boat, Camano, a 2018 Lagoon 52 catamaran. It was important that everything worked properly because “about 70% of the sailing area has no mobile phone coverage” and the VHF emergency channel is often unreliable and should not be considered. As a former owner/operator of a parry charter company, I have experience with boats that experience frequent and often significant failures in salt water. Over the next 4 days, we discovered several more equipment failures that delayed our charter from Monday morning to Thursday, including a faulty bilge pump and an emergency tiller that didn’t work. The Tipel was corroded and did not fit into the receiver required for manual steering, an unacceptable condition in the event of a steering failure. The base manager and dock mechanics worked hard on repairs and got us out of the dock, the manager extended our charter by one day and appointed a captain at their cost of resolving any potential equipment failures that might occur, which were assessed and needed by the Questionnaire. However, we still lost 3 days of network we paid for in advance. We are currently requesting a refund for the 3 days we were stranded at the dock during which a properly operational vessel was not available for our enjoyment. We paid $12,571 (USD) for what they consider 12 day/11 night. As we actually had a properly functioning boat available for only 9days/8 nights, we requested a refund for $3,142 (US). A detailed report has been submitted to Dream Yacht Charter and their broker Ed Hamilton & CO, along with a request for a refund of lost days. I’ll post the results of their answer as soon as it’s known.

      “DIK-RUKVOD”

I booked a bareboat sailing adventure with Dream Yacht Charters at USVI this month (May 2021) and had an unexpected acute health event that required this trip to be cancelled. I asked for a refund due to medical issues and was denied. Charters Dream Yacht, not even willing to let me book later. Apparently management at Dream Yacht Charters has made the decision that they need my $4,000 more than I do for my ongoing medical testing expenses. Dream Yacht Charters followed their cancellation policy in the letter but forfeited the opportunity to do what is right for a potential repeat client. Had Dream Yacht Charters made a different decision, then they would have had a loyal client who would be an ambassador for their brand. Instead, management has shown that their profits are more important than their customers. When my health issues are resolved and I book my next sailing adventure, it won’t be with Dream Yacht Charters.

      “Everything was fantastic!”

Everything was fantastic! We had a few issues with the boat and Charter Crew Dream Yacht Charter had to go out 3 times to fix them but they were very responsive and fixed all issues. We are already looking for a charter to book 2021!
