The team was very responsive, the quality of the service was great. The food was amazing and everyone was so professional.
They took care of cleaning the venue before and after the wedding. My new husband and I were able to leave our wedding with ease without having to worry about having someone taking care of the clean up after the wedding. During the planning stage since I was in the States and not able to go personally to handle everything the team made it very easy, they were very flexible and responsive and addressed all of my concerns. Needless to say thanks to everyone there our wedding was a success and went on without a hitch it was amazing!!!Laika Married on 04/24/2010

El Centro de Convenciones Los Paseos is a beautiful venue.
In appearance is perfect for a wedding. The outside chapel is a charming structure with a Spanish flare. The reception rooms have marbled tiled floors, beautiful chandeliers, stunning wall art and a elegant bar/cocktail area. But looks are deceiving because the service is very poor. We did our wedding there, and although co-owner Luis Franceschini was very helpful with the planning stage, he did not keep up to his word and both the beginning and end of our wedding were moments of chaos and disappointment. Luis was 2 hours late in giving us access to the venue for the florists and decorator to do his job and for the ceremony chairs to be delivered. He had also assured me that he would stay until the end of the event, but he left home early and in his place his inept brother and co-owner, Nestor M. Franceschini, kept watch over the event. Needless to say that Nestor was the worse business man we’ve ever seen. At the end of the event, Nestor told us that we needed to take down all decor because the next day (Sunday) he had an event and he would not be responsible for all the decor that was in place for our wedding. We didn’t want things to be stolen or broken since, per agreement with the decorator, we were financially responsible for those items. Luis and Nestor failed to tell us, or the decorator, about the need to take everything down the same day. My husband and I, together with friends, had to take everything down and put all of it in their office. Nestor, refused to use his staff for this task. We used unstable chairs and tables to take things down, putting us at risk for getting hurt at their premises. Here we were, the bride and groom, picking up after our own party! They have zero professionalism and a poor quality of service. They also did our catering. The food was mediocre. It was not bad food but not to the standards for a wedding. On a side note the servers and the bartender did a great job, and outdid the performance of their employers. Do not choose this venue by the looks of it, please- otherwise you will regret it.
