Located in Luquillo, east coast Puerto Rico. Playa Azul II 302 offers an outdoor pool, a basketball court.. This apartment is located front of the beach and swiming pool. We have security guard in parking and the condominium. Features: free Wi-Fi , Cable TV, Fully air conditioned with fully kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and fridge. Guests also enjoy a seating area in balcony overlooking the recreational area.
Restaurants and bars are available within a short 5-minute drive.
Guests can reach Luis Munoz Marin International Airport in a 30-45 minute drive.

Cabo Rojo Pride usually takes place a week after the San Juan Pride. The event is known for its wild beach parties. Cabo Rojo is the most LGBTQ-friendly neighborhood in all of Puerto Rico.
Many visitors to the island celebrate both prides right after the end of the San Juan holiday in Cabo Rojo.
- The event is very popular, but there are not enough accommodation options. Book early to get the best hotels.
Orgullo Bokeron
- Cabo Rojo hosts some of the largest gay dance parties in the Caribbean, as well as drag shows and live music performances.
- The event lasts 3 days and includes live performances on stage and a colorful parade. I’m waiting for the full program.
- Stage shows include performances by Brian Villarini, Magda, Alex Torres and Desiree Cardoza.
Cabo Rojo
- Located in the southwestern part of the island. Boqueron, Cabo Rojo is home to one of the most visited beaches in the country. It’s a popular village with themed restaurants, stalls selling delicious pancakes, and a laid-back vibe. This sleepy town turns into a party center during the gay pride celebrations.
- Cabo Rojo has many small hotels, paradors and several vacation rentals.
How to get to Cabo Rojo
- The flight to Cabo Rojo takes about 40 minutes. Cape Air flies from San Juan to Cabo Rojo 4 times a day. You can reach the area by car from San Juan in just under two hours.
- The nearest airport is Mayagüez Airport (MAZ). This airport is located about 30 minutes from Cabo Rojo.

- La Playhuela is a gem of a beach in the middle of nowhere, on a long bumpy trail. Drive slowly and be patient – the journey is well worth it. Visitors are greeted with crystal clear turquoise waters, a sense of tranquility and a great Instagram view of the Cabo Rojo lighthouse.
- If you want to break away from the parties and enjoy an authentic Puerto Rican experience, take the Hidden Gems Tour and experience the best of the island.
- Visit Joyudu – the area is known as the “Golden Mile of Good Food” due to its many restaurants. Most have dining rooms from which you can view the sea, the mangroves, Ratones Island and the lagoon.
