Tropical Coast Properties LLC is a real estate company that was established in 2011 to offer vacation rentals to the worldwide travelers that visit Rincon, Puerto Rico yearly to enjoy surfing, our culture, and a memorable getaway in our small piece of paradise.

The west side is very special and has lots of fun activities that you will certainly enjoy doing during your vacation as: surfing, paddle boarding, horseback riding, scuba diving, sail charters, snorkeling, Farmer’s Market every Sunday at the Plaza, Artwalk every Thursday night at the Plaza. There is a high variety of restaurants in the area that are great to visit.

Our properties are self-catered rentals and only a “starter supply” of toiletries is provided. The guests must buy more as needed. For an additional cost on all our rentals we have housekeeping service, grocery shopping, and taxi service.

Newly renovated townhome walking distance from Sandy Beach and great surf breaks! The unit has three levels that are divided between bedrooms, living area, and rooftop terrace. The whole unit is private just for you and there is plenty of space to sleep 6 comfortably. Each room has an air conditioner and there is WiFi throughout the unit. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. Enjoy over 2300 sq ft of space! Our place is relaxing and close to everything. The rooftop terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the evening after having fun at the beach all day. The terrace has a grill, an outdoor sitting area, and a half bathroom. Known for its surfing and great nightlife, Puntas is the best location for your vacations in Rincon. A starter supply of toiletries is provided. Guest must buy extras as needed.

Treat yourself to your dream vacation in this comfortable, yet elegant apartment located in Rincon’s Sandy Beach with top of the line furnishing and beautiful artwork throughout.
The master suite has a king Basset orthopedic pillow top bed, a day bed, and a desk for your convenience. Each room has a flat screen HDTV with all channel Dish Network, and DVR. Free Wifi is also available.
The second bedroom has two full Basset pillow top mattresses, custom built closets, and a full bathroom.
The living and dinning area are adjacent to the fully equipped stainless steel kitchen. Corian countertops enhance the cabinetry. The apartment has air conditioning units in every room and includes an in-unit washer and dryer. Crisp clean linen and a generous supply of towels are included, as well as toiletries, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. The apartment has 2 assigned gated parking spaces. The building has a pool area on the ground floor with elevator access to all floors. Also for your convenience the building is equipped with an electric generator and water tank. Maid service can be arranged upon request, but you will receive the apartment immaculately clean.
The balcony is our favorite spot, with the waves breaking literally at your feet. During the winter months, surfers are in the water at dawn, enjoying the surf Rincon is famous for. In the summer, the surf calms down to create intimate, secluded beaches where snorkeling takes the place of surfing. This is the time of the year when you will be rewarded with the most spectacular sunsets from the balcony!
Even though surfing made Rincon famous, this magic town has become a major resort destination year-round.
There is always lots to do; scuba diving, snorkeling, horseback riding, deep-sea fishing, sailing, swimming, yoga and massage, long walks on the beach and of course those unforgettable sunsets every night.
We have prepared a binder with a list of our favorite places, restaurants, bars, water sports activities, rentals, etc., which you will have at the apartment for your convenience.
