  My friend and I arrived 30 minutes earlier, and they were flexible with letting us starting at the time of arrival. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the staff were friendly. It was a great experience.

  I think price wise VIP adventures are the most attractive cost vs service if you’re looking for kayak, paddle board or other rental in Condado lagoon. They have double kayak and reservation is a breeze online directly on their website.
  Equipment itself is clean, instructions are easy to follow.
  Couple notes:
  1. You going to be wet so dress accordingly.
  2. The place is just off of Ashford avenue, kids should be fine IMHO.
  3. Storage locker is also present although you may need to share it.
  4. If you’re lucky you can see a manatee.

  We had an amazing time. I went kayaking with my 6 years old in a double kayak. It was very accessible and the staff (Ivan, Fernando, Adrian and Fabiola) were very friendly. We are coming back tomorrow. Thanks for such wonderful experience.
