The extra tax and room fees was EXTREMELY overpriced. we did not have our room cleaned the first night. we did not get towels or water when the front desk said they’d have housekeeping bring it up. We could not get guest services on the phone at all-we tried calling 3/4 days we were there at different times.
the beach and the ease of getting a beach chair. the food and drink service was excellent.

The drinks were expensive.
Location. It is close to the airport and within easy walking distance to other restaurants. The beach is right behind the hotel, we enjoy the pools and the amenities.

The bar closes early but you can only order drinks if you’re gambling. Some people don’t gamble like myself. Why should we not be able to drink at the bar but they can drink if they’re gambling?
The location is amazing and being on the water is priceless.

The location was right next to the airport. There were tons of kids and we we on our honeymoon and the pool really wasn’t that big and it was always packed.
The resort was nice and the restaurateur issue was lovely. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The balcony with the table was a huge plus. Our rooms were comfortable and they had room service.

every restaurant/café at the hotel and the service was amazing but in that restaurant that strictly for the breakfast hour I found the staff to be incredibly rude from the person that greets you to your waitress. The food was not very good and when you expressed that to them they basically told you it is what it is. The waitresses seemed very bothered when you asked for anything and then only brought you half what you wanted! The pool although I love the size and look it was always very dirty.
I loved the beautiful views from my balcony, I loved eating dinner out by the ocean. I loved how helpful your front desk people are. I love that you had a A lot of chairs for the pool area and the pool was in the nice size! I like that you had different options as far as food within the hotel.

the pool need a upgrade. Resturant’s could be more organized. I was passed by several times by a waitress before I was served. Then by the time she came to service our table she was not very nice. ( she seam to be working too many tables).

The room wasnt too modern and the hotel staff was not very accommodating. We had issues with room service and in suite food delivery. they served us molded grapes!
Turns out that the hotel restaurant made our stay more enjoyable. The manager of the restaurant, Analeise, was great. so were the staff.
Our room had a great view of the beach and ocean.

the rooms were not what we expected compared to what we paid. we like courtyard for short business trips but didn’t expect it to be the same for the amount we spent on this particular trip.

Just the hungry birds begging for food when dining outside and their droppings on the chairs.
Breakfast was very good, but a bit pricey. The beach was awesome, as was the pool, though service for the pool bar was a bit slow. The outdoor restaurant area needs some sort of netting to prevent the birds from getting around your table when you’re eating, but mostly a great atmosphere.
