Crew was great

Crew was very attentive and friendly, and they did a great job with the group.

The boat was quite clean and we had a smooth ride out and back.

Lunch on the boat was wraps and it really hit the spot.

We saw turtles, octopus, and a lot of fish snorkeling.

Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend over all the others!

Highly recommend this excursion over the others! The experience was amazing at Culebra and the 2nd spot with the sea turtles. My son is 7 and the guides were great with him helping him along and even letting him sit with the captain on the way back. Also can’t beat lunch and open bar on the way back. They guys were all awesome!

Family/ birthday trip

This was the highlight of not only my trip but my year. The staff was so knowledgeable, kind, welcoming, and professional! The experience was beautiful, fun, educational… I just can’t put into words how amazing this experience was! I highly recommend this excursion.

Amazing experience!

Amazing experience!!! We started the excursion with a boat ride to a beautiful beach, which offered beautiful views of the surrounding islands. The beaches were pristine! The snorkeling was amazing, we saw jellyfish, sea turtles, stingrays and fish. Amazing experience!!!

Great guides and beautiful island

Juan, Christian and Freddy took a great care of us! The boat ride was beautiful (if you are worried about getting sea sick, at times it felt like a kiddie roller coaster. But none of us got sick) and an hour and 20 minutes passed quick. Flamenco beach was so beautiful and we could have spent more time! Then we got our lunch of a wrap, chips and fruits as well as drinks. We moved to another location on Culebra island then, and snorkeled.

We had our in laws who are not much of swimmers with us, and my father in law stayed on the boat while the mother in law wore a life vest and a floaty. One of the guides grabbed onto my mother in law’s floaty the entire time while he guided. We had our 8 year old in a life vest also, who stayed close to the floaty. We saw some sea turtles, star fish, a few sting rays and jelly fish. The location didn’t have as many creatures, but at least we got to see some sea turtles!

Our three kids, 13, 11 and 8 year olds had their own mask snorkels with them, which was helpful. I’m sure they have kids’ size snorkels though, since they had life vests for our younger two who had to wear vests during the boat ride (under 12).

Overall this trip was worth every penny, and we would do it again!

Had higher expectations

This is a tough one to write…the day was ok. A tad underwhelming. Everyone was really nice, but it tends to be a very long day for 30-45 minutes in the water. Leaving from San Juan, pickup was at 6am. 75-90 minutes later, we arrived to check in and sign waivers. Then to the dock where waited about 45 minutes to board the boat. After a cruise 90 minutes later, we arrived at a spectacular beach, truly beautiful. We were told we would be there about an hour. There are no chairs, no loungers, no food or drink options at this beach. It was very beautiful, but…We got back on the boat for the lunch, then off to snorkeling. We’re told we had to stay together to protect the reef, and follow along. This proved troublesome as people were then bunching together, which meant getting kicked and or swatted as others swam. Managed to see a couple sting rays, a turtle and 2 star fish. And there really is no reef. We were in the water 45 minutes max. Then another 90 minute ride back to the dock, and then the drive back, arriving back to the hotel around 430pm. As I said-they are all very nice, but had higher expectations for being on/in the water. We all commented it was a good (any day snorkeling is a good day!) day, but we were all underwhelmed.

Loved our trip to Culebra

Family of four (12 yr old twins) loved our dive trip. The crew was amazing! They were professional, attentive and knowledgeable. The boat was great; it was clean, well maintained and a great set up for diving and accommodating numerous passengers and our gear. Our boys are newly certified divers so our dive master gave them some extra attention to make them feel comfortable. The two dive sites had lots to see but unfortunately the resident reef sharks didn’t visit during our dive. The lunch was fine but the location where we anchored and relaxed after the dives was amazing.

Great Family Adventure

It was a ton of fun, and the crew was amazing. We wished we had a bit more time snorkeling; 45 minutes wasn’t enough. The beach was a blast, and the food and drinks were wonderful.

Very poor experience . They dont take you to the famous Flamenco beach as advertised.
For Snorkelling for first timers they dont give enough time to get adjusted and the group leaves .
Even the crew wont advise you on the direction of corals and all .
Good thing is lunch was good

Amazing Island experience

It was an amazing experience and the crew of Sea Ventures made the whole experience run smooth and seamless. The snorkeling was cool, we saw some awesome fish, and the island was paradise. It was beautiful and we had lots of time to enjoy it and relax , swim, and do more snorkeling if we wanted to. Definitely would do this tour again

This experience was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! The trip was worth far more than the $80.00 we paid!!!!!!!
The crew was extremely professional and safety minded and the fish and sea life was abundant.

This venture is an absolute must do when you come to Puerto Rico.

MORE SNORKELING PLEASE. The staff was great, and the boat was first rate. It really depends on what you are looking for in a snorkeling trip….if you want to enjoy the water, do some snorkeling, and have fun relaxing in the sun with drinks, then this is the trip for you! However, we would have liked to snorkel more, with less time on the deserted island.

Glad I made this choice, stop searching and chose this company.

Excellent day on/in the water, went with my adult daughter and we saw plenty of tropical fish, beautiful coral and stingrays. Definitely would go again. A great tour for all ages, they had snacks and drinks for those who wanted them and others were able to snorkel most of the time we were stopped.

We had a blast! The crew was obviously enjoying their job, and it showed. They took care of us and made sure we had a good time also. We saw beautiful fish, and had time to relax on an incredible beach. Very family friendly. Would not hesitate to use this company again!
