The starting point for our tour of Cadiz is the Earth Gate.
Puerta de Tierra – the remaining remains of a wall that once protected the only entrance to the city from the land side. Today, the gate separates the Old City from the new residential areas. Passing through the “White Arch”, we will go through the old quarter of St. Mary: past the Palace of Congresses, the building of the Royal City Prison built in 1794, to the main square of the city – City Hall Square, on which there is a monument to the famous politician and native of Cadiz, Segismund Moret. nine0003
The next point of our tour is the Cathedral Square and the Cathedral, built in the baroque and neoclassical styles. The ashes of the great composer Manuel de Falla rest in the walls of the cathedral. Many will be interested to hear the history of the construction of the cathedral.

You will have a fascinating dive into the secret of creating fortified wines in Spain, the stages and technology of production, as well as tasting sherries aged 20-30 years. A visit to a Jamon factory will teach you how to choose, cut and eat the Spanish delicacy.
After a light snack, we will continue our culinary journey towards the Atlantic Ocean. The old town of Vejer, a walk along the beach of El Palmar and a gastronomic dinner in one of the beach restaurants will be the perfect end to the day. ..

In Zaara de los Atunes you will have a second breakfast – “almuerso”. Although, the Spaniards often use the simpler expression, “comida”, that is, food or a meal. The word “almuerso” is very rare in Spanish, but capacious. It means not a simple feast, accompanied by ordinary gossip, but a “business breakfast”, during which serious negotiations are underway. after dinner. The author of the project is Igor Lantsman (Mendeleev, Motel, Kaffka, Rolling Stone). Igor grew up and lives
in Peredelkino:
⠀⠀⠀ “Gimpel is a very personal project for me. Each establishment is partly a keyhole
into the inner world of its creator, but here I literally invite people to my home, the restaurant was built
on my site. This is at the same time a way out of the comfort zone, and vice versa, the maximum immersion into it.
A tribute to the place where I grew up. The most honest restaurant project, in my understanding, can now be done only by going beyond the template – without harsh “survival” conditions, without rent, a fixed menu
and without stress. ”

per evening). The address is not publicly disclosed for security reasons and will be communicated to each
