It has been a dream for us to open our very own restaurant for a long time, so we are more than happy to finally be able to serve the public. We offer a wide variety of food ranging from Mexican food, breakfast platters, menudo, soups, all the way to shrimp cocktails and many more fresh seafood dishes. Our gastronomic tour will begin with a vision of the European Content itself. Tarifa, – it was here, according to legend, that the Pillars of Hercules were located. It is here, the narrowest point of the Strait of Gibraltar.

While walking around the city, we will walk along the remains of the wall, see the church of St. Matthew, learn one of the legends about the brave Alonso and the Castill de Guzman fortress, walk along the coast, whose bars and chiringuito invite you to drink a cup of coffee or a glass of cold sherry .. . nine0003

CADIS

The starting point for our tour of Cadiz is the Earth Gate.

  • Puerta de Tierra – the remaining remains of a wall that once protected the only entrance to the city from the land side. Today, the gate separates the Old City from the new residential areas. Passing through the “White Arch”, we will go through the old quarter of St. Mary: past the Palace of Congresses, the building of the Royal City Prison built in 1794, to the main square of the city – City Hall Square, on which there is a monument to the famous politician and native of Cadiz, Segismund Moret. nine0003

  • The next point of our tour is the Cathedral Square and the Cathedral, built in the baroque and neoclassical styles. The ashes of the great composer Manuel de Falla rest in the walls of the cathedral. Many will be interested to hear the history of the construction of the cathedral.

  • Plaza de España, an obligatory part of our excursion program, is the symbol of Cadiz. On the square is the Customs Building, more like a palace and the Monument to the 100th Anniversary of the 1812 Constitution. nine0003

The flagship of the gastronomy of Cadiz, with a history of more than half a century, the El Faro restaurant was conceived as a tavern with a simple cuisine, based only on the sea and its inhabitants. A traditional dish that has almost become a classic is “tortillas de camaron”, essentially a whipped dough, with tiny shrimps and finely chopped parsley. All this is fried on a regular grill, in oil, until you get crispy pancakes. No less popular: sea scallops and anchovies with avocado, the most delicate flounder fillet in sherry. And, of course, the hit of the urta rargo besugo restaurant is fish in salt. The wine list of the restaurant will please any gourmet: white Verdejo and Albariño, Gewürztraminers, red Rioja, the best examples of the Rebera del Duero region – Pingus and Vega Sicilia, Priorat – wines from all over Spain are collected here. During the gastronomic tour we will take a sightseeing tour of Jerez de la Frontera, with a visit to the LUSTAU premium winery. You will have a fascinating dive into the secret of creating fortified wines in Spain, the stages and technology of production, as well as tasting sherries aged 20-30 years. A visit to a Jamon factory will teach you how to choose, cut and eat the Spanish delicacy.

After a light snack, we will continue our culinary journey towards the Atlantic Ocean. The old town of Vejer, a walk along the beach of El Palmar and a gastronomic dinner in one of the beach restaurants will be the perfect end to the day. ..

Blintana, El Elfarez’s specialty, impresses with a combination of incongruous: the most delicate pieces of tuna, sea freshness of Tobiko caviar and the sweetness of an exotic fruit, enhanced three times with a drop of olive oil, create an extravaganza of taste, evoking indescribable emotions.

After a hearty breakfast, we suggest a gastronomic trip to the fishing village of Barbate. The road through the endless expanses of Andalusia will please the most sophisticated traveler: beautiful landscapes, the blue ocean, dry cargo ships slowly disappearing over the horizon, the coast of Africa, shrouded in a gray haze from the opposite side of the Strait of Gibraltar. nine0003

Passing the windy city of Tarifa, we will make a short stop to climb the Punta Paloma sand dune. From the highest point of the dune, a beautiful panorama of the coastline opens up, dotted with conquerors of the elements – kitesurfers…

In Zaara de los Atunes you will have a second breakfast – “almuerso”. Although, the Spaniards often use the simpler expression, “comida”, that is, food or a meal. The word “almuerso” is very rare in Spanish, but capacious. It means not a simple feast, accompanied by ordinary gossip, but a “business breakfast”, during which serious negotiations are underway. The gastronomic tour will culminate in a dinner in the fishing village of Barbate, on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean.     ⠀⠀⠀⠀We love and appreciate our culture, our neighborhood, the magical nature and the intimacy of the local environment. We have developed an author’s tour of the places of power of the “old” Peredelkino, which is waiting for all guests
    after dinner. The author of the project is Igor Lantsman (Mendeleev, Motel, Kaffka, Rolling Stone). Igor grew up and lives
    in Peredelkino:
    ⠀⠀⠀ “Gimpel is a very personal project for me. Each establishment is partly a keyhole
    into the inner world of its creator, but here I literally invite people to my home, the restaurant was built
    on my site. This is at the same time a way out of the comfort zone, and vice versa, the maximum immersion into it.
    A tribute to the place where I grew up. The most honest restaurant project, in my understanding, can now be done only by going beyond the template – without harsh “survival” conditions, without rent, a fixed menu
    and without stress.
    ⠀⠀⠀⠀The restaurant is located on private property, so the number of places is limited (no more than 20 seats
     per evening). The address is not publicly disclosed for security reasons and will be communicated to each
    guest in a secret letter.
