We have backup electricity and water tanks so that our guest vacation is not interrupted. We are 10 minutes from SJU airport. Located inside upscale gated residential Ocean Park community w/24 hour live security. Brand new Kitchen, appliances and A/C units throughout the apt. Sparkling clean with modern decor and furniture. Come watch the sunset!

The best beach in San Juan! Bring your own drinks, chairs and umbrella. Lots of security on the weekends. Come early as it gets packed weekend afternoons. If you want to have lunch head to Pamelas

Surely one of the best beaches in the world. Never gets too crowded. Often great for kitesurfing, especially in the winter.

This place is packed on the weekend with local families. We left our bags on the beach to swim in the ocean and felt quite safe. Everybody was paddle-balling on the beach. It must be the thing to do.
