Day 1: Arrival

Your journey will begin at the largest harbor in the Caribbean, Puerto del Rey Marina. Boarding will begin at 5.30pm, after which you will receive a welcome drink, an introduction to your fellow travelers, and a brief briefing. Once you’re settled, we’ll have a group lunch. nine0003

Day 2: Isla Palominos

From Puerto Rico we sail northeast to Isla Palominos. A paradise in itself, Isla Palominos is rich in well-preserved landscapes, clear blue waters and soft sand beaches. Then we will go to Culebra, before which we will stop for lunch and swim in Caia Luis Pena. Here you will have the opportunity to explore or even snorkel.

Day 3: Culebrita and Bahia del Almodovar

Culebrita, an uninhabited wildlife sanctuary, is our current destination. Climb up to the old lighthouse to enjoy one of the Caribbean’s most popular beaches, Tortuga. After a busy day, we will return to the southeast coast to anchor in Bahia de Almodóvar. nine0003

Day 4: Flamenco and Playa Tamarindo

Looking forward to visiting one of the best beaches in the world, Flamenco Beach. After a rest stop, we will continue towards the northwest coast of Culebra. Tonight we will dock at Playa Tamarindo.

Day 5: Esperanza and Mosquito Bay

Today’s leg of the journey needs to get started as we head to the largest of the Spanish Virgin Islands, Vieques. We will stop overnight in Esperanza where the famous Mosquito Bay is located. nine0003

Day 6: Ensenada Honda

After exploring the majestic wildlife of Mosquito Bay, we will cruise on the Ensenada Honda Viequesa. Explore secluded mangroves and enjoy the serene surroundings of this paradise. Later we will dock at Ensenada Honda where you will have the opportunity to visit Le Chiva beach.

Day 7: Green Beach

Slowly making our way back to Puerto del Rey, we will stop at any beaches or coves we might have missed along the way. Finally, we will dock at Green Beach, where we can watch a beautiful sunset and celebrate the last night of your fun sailing trip. nine0003

New York – sea cruises in the Eastern Caribbean – Miami

Author’s program. Sea cruises from Krasnoyarsk.

Every year … on November 9 … my friends and I leave to celebrate our birthday ..

Thailand-Pattaya, China, Thailand-Samui, Thailand-Phuket.. This is how the topic of a longer voyage arose.0043 Day 1: flight to New York
went easily, on time and not tiring. The weather in New York was like
Moscow, so at first everything seems to be like ours, advertising is not on ours,
pointers are not on ours. Arrived at the hotel. It must be said that for a short
visiting such a famous city wasting time traveling to the place
did not want to spend the night at all, and so we chose a hotel in Manhattan, on
intersection of Fifth Avenue and 31st Street, it’s downtown, one block from
Empire State Building (hereinafter all names will be in Russian
language). To get acquainted with the city and its surroundings, we went along the Fifth
Avenue, joining the column of the same tourists and local (or non-local)
residents. nine0280 Useful note – all streets are 80 meters long and
the same width, so you can pre-calculate the time and distance,
but still make a mistake, because you have to turn your head more often and
direction is lost. And there is where to turn, to the left it suddenly opens
view of Top of the Rock, ice rink and park nearby. Tickets
failed to buy, move on. It’s getting dark, I want to eat, drink, sleep
(time difference 12 hours). But I want to see the very heart
New York. Where are they, skyscrapers hanging over their heads? crossed
Broadway, Seventh Avenue, got off at Times Square .
Impressive. Feeling like you’re in a movie. And you’ve already seen the movie. Many
colored, there are beggars, few Russians, many Russian speakers. cup
whiskey with cola and a view of Empire State Building is a bit of a boost. Phew. Have fallen. And they didn’t even budge.

Day 2: started
Probably three o’clock local time. American coffee and muffins..
brrr… But then it’s brrr… but first — Oh! freebie! And hot
yet again. We get acquainted with the subway, or rather with the Subway. And again everyone saw it in
movies ( “While you were sleeping”). Yes, most importantly, passers-by are very
friendly and try to help, even if you don’t ask for it, always
skip ahead and, of course, always “Sorry” and many times. Cars
they stop not in front of a passer-by’s pocket, but about 5 meters away. We go to –
“former twin towers”. We get to Chinatown and walk to
memorial. A lot of people, everyone, very impressive. bowl, water, sound
falling water, an abyss … New buildings rise around, skyscrapers made of glass,
there is no outside concrete. The air is like in a park, filled with the smell of autumn leaves and
some nice dampness. We go to the embankment, there are bike paths everywhere,
spacious and lawns. Near the water I want to stay longer, pleasant
walking trail, benches overlooking the ocean and islands. We are waiting for Liberty Island and his woman. We are loaded on a sightseeing steamboat and take pictures that we will now show off to friends, a view of Manhattan
from the water. The Statue of Liberty. .. of course it’s a symbol… of course America is proud
himself.. and loves his people. And, of course, it makes you respect. France
can also be proud of himself, such a gift! We get a bonus – an island
Ellis. This is where America started! There is something to think about.
It’s getting cold. The famous Wall Street with its bull. Tiffany and the porter
opening the door from the rain. I want a hamburger … Phew, they didn’t again
push-ups and just fell..

Day 3: still the same early rise. Coffee and muffins… We take the subway to Coney Island.
Ocean, embankment, old women sitting on benches and talking on
Russian language on a mobile phone about the essential. The impudent seagull just vomited
handmade sausage. Didn’t catch up. Brighton Beach. Place on the ocean
the temperature never drops below 10 degrees plus, I guess
not bad. On the way back we passed Brooklyn Bridge ,
beautiful, powerful and impressive, like all of America. Area Chinatown
abruptly gives way to Little Italy. You don’t even look around,
Where did it all go, the bustle, the smell of Chinese food and the pagoda. Here already
balconies, flowers on the windows and the building of the Museum, similar to the Vatican.
In the evening – the musical “Chicago” on Broadway. Music, dance, Handsome men and
women, strong and trained bodies. To the hotel, not feeling my legs, on a rickshaw. Not
recommend. nine0003

Day 4: coffee and muffins… We’re heading down Fifth Avenue again towards Central Park. Climbing tower Empire State Building . View of Manhattan
from above, from the height of the 86th floor. The spire of the Chrysler Center, a new mall
center, diagonal Broadway, expanse of sea water … you can see far and
I want to go there … New York office plankton, it turns out, loves to eat mix
(meat + greens + rice + spices) from mobile carts standing directly on
crossroads. We tried it, delicious, but without spices, otherwise it’s like in Thailand
succeed. The apple was left for a snack. Building on the corner of Central Park
– a glass cube where the coveted real sixth iPhone lives … But no!
Does not live. You have to come for him in the morning and stand in line in front of the door
before opening. Noisy crowd of people who want what they want .., free wi-fi, what
you will not suddenly meet on the streets. Again impressive – what is it? hyped
brand or good marketing or really good product?
We rested, and our youngest traveler went skating on
ice, replicated by many films … Central Park
in New York, the property of the American people. Another pride and
respect for a healthy lifestyle. It’s getting dark, the evening of the 31st comes
October, Halloween. Witches, devils, jailers, cats, zombies … Horror sometimes
beret! They dress up in costumes in advance, even if it’s just ears, they go to
subway, walking down the street, carrying evil spirits from the house … Dogs are also dressed
worse. The whole of New York is having fun and laughing!

Day 5: no coffee and no muffins. . flying at Miami ! … The sun, plus 32. The ocean. Yachts. All as in the picture. Huge white liner. Screening procedure and greetings, and we are on the ship “Divina” cruise company MSC. Cabin with balcony and ocean view. How lovely! We start to rest. First, we go through a course of survival. Also fun. Life on a ship will be like a fun camp if you use all the entertainment that is there. Or for a romantic walk, if you choose quiet and cozy pools, bars and lounges. Or for an active and educational journey, if you start the day with a promenade along the open deck and use the sightseeing opportunities of the ports of arrival. Anything we want, but always great food all day long and drinks without limits, including smoothies, juices, pina coladas, ice cream and other small pleasures for the stomach. Phew, now unfortunately, but again fell, even without dinner. nine0003

Day 6: day at sea. A much needed day for us. After all, we
still on vacation and on vacation. Sea water swimming pool
fresh water, water slide, jacuzzi, sun, sunbathing and ocean,
really boundless, blue-blue and even a little green! At home
minus 5 today. I can’t believe it. Give me a mug, your heart will be more cheerful!
Today the dress code is strict, which means we wear the best outfits,
butterflies and we go to have dinner and have an evening rest. In the theater show artists in
beautiful costumes, music, songs, disco, bars of different styles and
different designs, a staircase decorated with Swarovski’s own crystals,
want to take a photo? We hold on to the victorious, cheering ourselves up
Campari with orange juice, this drink helped with pitching later ..
By the way, everything is fine with coffee, the liner is Italian! nine0003

Day 7: again at sea. Rain. Great, you can not leave the cabin, just sleep. The ocean is gray, but warm, you can feel it in the air overboard. It’s a pity to sleep – because there are a lot of interesting things there! We swim in the pool under the roof, enjoy meals and cocktails. We watch films in the 4D cinema – “Grand Canyon” and another, I don’t remember the name, but it was great! We add a race on the Formula 1 simulator. Cool! Tonight is a reception with the captain. We dress again in the best clothes in the style and colors of the Italian flag and enjoy the evening. There are many Americans and African Americans on the ship. They love to relax and know how. They dance and sing selflessly. They infect with their love to live. More Campari, pliz ..! And what are the pillows! And what soft beds! nine0003

Day 8: Arrive at Saint Martin Philipsburg. Now we know everything about him. Who lives, what grows, who does not live. A charming guide in the purest language of the island of Ser-Martin … Planes land directly overhead – there is such a bay. But where else do they sit? Can you find this island on the map? Swim in coastal waters and go home! already on the ship, while this is our home. In the evening we have a tasting of the wines from the best cellars in Spain and Italy. A gentle Balinese girl (from the island of Bali), a waitress in a wine bar already knows our passions and enjoys practicing Russian. Still, what long corridors on the ship …

Day 9: today country and island Puerto Rico , city of San Juan. This time we decided to do without an excursion and went for a walk, armed with a map and a desire to see everything. Lovely, small Mediterranean-style houses, authentic 15th-century forts, ocean surf, waves rolling one on one. What a stop at a small jewelry store was worth! well, it cost almost everything … The owner of the store, probably, has now gone on vacation to Russia .. By the way, a chair from Puerto Rico now adorns the Mila-tour office. nine0055 Tonight in the style of the 70s and 80s. A shirt with cucumbers, socks almost to the knees and jeans, still beloved .. Remember everything!

Day 10: day at sea. Such a necessary day! You can take a breath and rest easy after such adventures. The ocean is blue again, and the sun is bright again. The bartenders already know our tastes and the sunbed by the pool at the stern is almost native. Don’t forget about lunch, the “white” pizza is beyond praise, I recommend it! Evening today is also white. We dress up in all white, or not in all, or not in white .. And we dance, dance, dance .. almost until we drop .. We must learn to play this Bingo, what kind of game is this? “They” play it all the time.. A company of comrades rests in a sunny bar, these hang out there every evening, in the past, probably professional dancers, or now they are amateurs, but it’s a pleasure to watch! Let’s end the evening with hot chocolate and go to bed! Tomorrow we are waiting for the Bahamas! nine0003

Day 11: one of the Bahamas – Sirrup .
The liner stops at a decent distance from the island, behind us
a small boat comes and drops us on the island. Only the beach.
Sun loungers, umbrellas, immaculate sand and water so clear that
color is not defined. The rays of the sun, refracted, give the water the color of the sky,
air and mood. And somewhere there is life! And work. But now it’s not about
this..

Day 12: arriving at Port Miami . Somewhere we have already seen it .. We are not in a hurry, we sit for a long time in our favorite bar, looking at the shore. After all, we will be there now! South Beach or South Beach, this is our area. The hotel is right on the beach in the center. To the right of the hotel is Lincoln Road, the main thoroughfare of South Miami. Huge beach, long and wide. An excellent entrance to the water, the ocean is quite gentle and not very cold, or rather not very warm, but still much warmer than Mana. We lean. The beds in the room are not only large, but also very high. So you couldn’t figure out why? Probably blowing on the floor in winter …)) The hotel is pleasant, beautiful and comfortable. The service is wonderful too. We met different people, many Russian speakers, mostly from Ukraine and Moldova. When they find out that we are from Russia, they chuckle and start talking about themselves. nine0003

Day 13: Breakfast at the hotel. Fresh blueberries and raspberries. And we have November. We continue to rest. For some reason it started to rain. AND! this is for the birthday, for which everything is conceived. Happy holiday! Great company, thanks guys!

Day 14: to Miami good weather. We go for a walk along a wonderful path along the beach overlooking the ocean and the city. Paradise for cyclists and dogs. For them, dogs, that is, there are stands with plastic bags, or rather for their owners. No, it’s for dogs. Go figure it out. There are many cafes and restaurants, as well as food shops. We decided to be closer to nature and organized breakfast on the beach. Hamburgers and coffee and something else .. used to, you know .. Someone returned to the hotel on foot, foot to foot in the sand and water, and someone swam in the ocean, overcoming the waves .
