Pepper on Fire is an Italian restaurant located in the heart of Ufa – the historic building of Gostiny Dvor, which today is a shopping and business complex. The building, built in the XIX century in the style of classicism, was repeatedly reconstructed.
In 2019, the construction of Pepper on Fire began in the bright open galleries of Gostiny Dvor. The area of the restaurant is about 530 square meters. m.

The project was implemented in just 5 months (engineering, design, manufacture and supply of furniture was completed), although the construction process was not easy: since the shopping complex is operational, construction work and material supplies were carried out exclusively at night.
The format of the Italian restaurant suggests a warm and cozy atmosphere for a meeting with family or friends. In order to implement the concept, the authors of the project created an interior on the principle of an Italian patio: diverse and multi-textured, but assembled into a single whole around the central element – the “courtyard”.

“Courtyard” combines elements of an Italian garden (a lot of air, greenery, light), as well as the atmosphere of a homely living room, which leaves a feeling of family and comfort.
