1. Para empezar a hacer el caldo de gallina con arroz lava el pimiento, la cebolla, el puerro y el cebollino y trocéalos en pedazos medianos. Lava también las piezas de gallina.
2. En una olla grande incorpora 3 litros de agua y calienta hasta que hierva. A continuación agrega la gallina junto con el pimiento, la cebolla, el cebollino, el puerro y sal al gusto.

4. Mientras el caldo se cocina, lava y pela las patatas y la zanahoria y córtalas en cuadros medianos. Reserva por separado.
5. Una vez que hayan transcurridos los 45 minutos, saca del cazo el pimiento, la cebolla, el cebollino y el puerro y procésalos en la licuadora con una taza de caldo. Cuando tengas una mezcla líquida introduce nuevamente a la olla.
6. Mezcla para integrar los aliños con el caldo y agrega las zanahorias. Deja cocer durante 10 minutos y luego incorpora las patatas y el arroz. Deja cocer durante 20 minutos o hasta que notes que ambos ingredientes están blandos.
7. Cuando la patata y el arroz estén en su punto incorpora la pastilla de caldo de pollo, remueve para integrar con el resto del caldo de gallina con arroz. Por último rectifica la sal incorpora el manojo de cilantro a la olla.
8. Deja que tu caldo de gallina con arroz repose durante al menos 20 minutos para que todos los sabores se concentren. Luego retira el cilantro y sirve en platos hondos y grandes. Vigila que cada plato tenga una porción de gallina. ¡Buen provecho!

I had a desire to learn Spanish at school, after a trip to the Spanish resort of Costa Brava (a suburb of Barcelona) during the summer holidays. Acquaintance, albeit fleeting at first, with this country, its rich culture, friendly and very sociable people, made me want to learn how to speak Spanish (of course, not forgetting about English :). nine1873 This wish came true at the institute, I chose Spanish as my first language (the second was English). I did not regret my choice, the further I studied this language, the more I fell in love with its unique sound and imagery. The rules in this manual are explained quite well and completely, so that it was almost not necessary to use additional grammar materials.
